Tese guys were Reay helpful, but if you don't have ago you will never know,
Mine is over 3 years old. Lots of use. No use over summer, lots of slime build up. E02 error would not stop after simple cleaning. Almost threw it away and bought a whole new one. I had to disassemble entire unit and remove the pump. Not too difficult. Required a very long and slim phillips head screw driver. Deep cleaned the pump, found nothing broken. Reassembled everything. Deep cleaned the hot tub. Brand new filter. Filled back up with fresh water. It is working fine now. Hoping it will last the entire winter here in Florida. Cannot find a replacement pump online. Cannot buy just the electrical/heat unit by itself. Fingers crossed. Brand new clean filter and very clear, clean water are very important.
Just wanted to say thankyou, you video and the other guys videos were spot on and very helpful, I use my spa heater to heat my 10ft pool and it's all good now after the first try 👍

It worked!!! Blasted the system with a garden hose and no more E01 error.
Glad it worked for you, crazy little fix, bet loads of people spend replacing eggs

E01 Error: Didn’t hold out much hope for the Jet Wash as not a lot of water appeared to be forcing itself through the intake and out again. Spent a little time on intake and outlet, from full frontal to laying jetwash head on side of intakes. But, to my surprise I turned the pump on and up popped the temperature and it’s now running happily! 🤩 (system about 4 years old, first time I’ve overwintered it up with water).
