    I've tried different videos but this is my favourite. It's nice and slow and your guidance is spoken slowly. Best of all, the video is shot close up so it's easy to see what you're supposed to be doing. Only a shot from above could make it easier to see what to do. Would love more yin videos.

    I've tried several of your videos and I really like your stuff, but this was particularly great! Thank you for leaving such a good amount of time and silence for each pose. I really found some peace and I loved your sentence to end the practice. Namaste.

    Wow, that's the first time I've done yin yoga. I've been trying a beginners yoga for nearly three months and I'm definitely more supple but I haven't felt relaxed or got to grips with the breathing. This is the first time I've actually been able to breathe slowly and deeply through my nose! Must do this again.

    i really really enjoyed this!! i love to sit in poses for longer periods of time to allow myself to settle into the stretch fully. thank you, I feel much more present and at peace :)

    I don't have a mat so I had to rely on my bed. It was hard following instructions for me when I needed to keep my eyes shut. I'm a visual learner.
