I have 7. Filters change and clean after each use of pool. All look brand new. Clean between folds of filter with thin stick and spray with diluted bleach over nite. Rinse under tap or hose pipe. Looks brand new
I recommend washing filter outside with sprayer on garden hose . Clear water. Detergent from washing machine can get into filter and cause foaming in pool.
Good point. Instead of detergent one can use vinegar or baking soda or both as when baking soda is mixed with vinegar, the acid breaks down baking soda, releasing carbon dioxide gas that can help lift dirt from the surfaces being cleaned.

If your in a really hot Country. I wouldn't want the water hot. So can you just let it warm up under the sun. And not put the heating on. Leave it at 18degs. Will it harm anything. Will the chlorine still mix?. Or should I put heating on maybe up to 22 degs. Sorry for so many questions, not used one before. Thank you...
If you don’t want heating on that’s fine you can run it with just the water filtration system running and this distributes the chlorine around from the ChemConnect. Lucky you, we have to heat ours daily!
No need to use a toothbrush brush use your garden hose to clear it then use washing machine and then set it to rinse and spin comes out looking brand new
Dude. Just use the hose and hose them clean. ..my family has had pool for over 45 years and any system with these kind of filters weather small or large filters the hose is the best way to go... ..the preasure washer will demage them...

Some models with the Hydrojet system have pipes made of plastic that eventually decomposes when exposed to chemicals, and pieces of black plastic flow out of the nozzles after each use. It will get worse over time. This cannot be repaired - the entire tub must be replaced. I would complain to the manufacturer - they know about it, even though they deny it.
I’ve got the 2021 Vegas model and set it up first time last week. However the bottom of the liner there’s a massive bulge and it won’t disperse. Anyone had this?
@@LurgsHowToGuides yeah we have the lay-z-spa mat that it’s sitting on but it’s flat. I’m not sure we have a perfectly level patio area (Indian paved) but it shouldn’t be doing this I don’t think? Bestway FAQ mention something about bubble in liner which should dissipate in 6-8 weeks but this is huge. Can you deflate while water is in the spa?
@@leebell1895 Deflating won’t make any difference as the base is not inflatable. Maybe just put up with it and next time you empty it check it out and see if it’s the way you have laid it down or maybe something is underneath the mat.
We also have the Vegas model... 1 thing is coming to mind... underneath the tub at the bottom there is a plastic tube/hose for emptying the tub. Maybe your hose is twisted/sitting awkwardly 🤷♂️
That's being a little to cheap.. You already saved thousands by buying an inflatable tub.. Every 10-14 days just install a new filter. To use soap and time and brushing and using a washing machine.... Makes no sense.... Just saying

I also use hose to clear the filter first and still put in washing machine and then I put it on rinse and spin comes out crystal clear

Yes it’s normal, once bubbles are off it should all disappear after a minute or so. It’s to do with chlorine strength I think

Yeh it helps save some money, I put 2 or 3 in and they come out quite nice and clean.
Soaking them in dishwashing liquid first...use toothbrush to clean..rinse...tada..really clean
I literally hose clean and the chuck in a bucket of bleach and water. Come out nearly new
How often should you replace the filters?

Just seen your other video where you put it through the dishwasher. What's your preference? Front loader or dish washer?
I prefer the washing machine option as they seem to get cleaner. But not too hot on the water else it's no good and melts it.

Strange, is there a Mat underneath that’s maybe folded over or something? The bottom of the liner should be fairly flat, may get a few creases
