Thank you! I re did my OG chameleon w a Ti cage and Kiss when Fettec was first released. It worked great, until I crashed. I couldn’t find any physical damage and can’t tune, so I could never get it back to how it flew pre crashing. It’s been sitting on a shelf for years. I just loaded Alpha, followed your directions and now this is my favorite quad! Thanks again, this is gonna be fun!

Hi happy new year I bought a Fettec 35A -N for the first time and I'm following your video for the right configuration with ALPHA you say that if a green LED remains lit it is not configured correctly, but in my FC there are 4 blue LEDs lit and 1 green LED lit at the same time! what should I do? also what is the right Firmware for ESCs on ALPHA? Easiest way to build the hottest items is just wait a few days and boom. Drainmam got you covered. What is your 5in quad and tune? Im also wondering if I should get. tbs fusion or the speedy bee. Also I'm using t-motor racewire. It's not fettec you elaborated only fettec if I don't know what those are should I leave it.
I think the part I overlooked, I had to watch this again before getting back to it, is on FC setup the motors numbers are not in the same spot as betaflight. Looks turned around. And I already manually remapped them, I forgot about that drop down. So maybe my drone gets fixed today.

Hi DM, thanks for your great tutorials, please let me clarify a few things about this Fettec alpha: I have on one of my quads, a Fettec F7+ ESC and I've used for it until now, the Kiss gui, before I connected DJI Vista/cam system to FC but recently I mounted DJI O3 and now in my DJI V2 I lost the OSD, so please let me explain, if with Fettec alpha FW I can recover the OSD on my V2s, and I would like to understand if I can use all the settings and values of PID, RATE, IDLE UP and what else I currently set on the Kiss gui on the Fettec alpha, because with great effort I tuned and set the values for a good flight result and I would like to keep them and not lose them, really thanks if you help me with an answer, Dino from Italy
Apparently anybody with old fettec f7 etc need to email the manufacturer their sn otherwise you will be seeing FC NOT ACTIVATED. I'm seeing it now. After hours of settling up this alpha firmware I won't be able to fly it today:(

thanks vid helped a lot! my quad wont arm and when i go into Alpha it says "FC not activated". Could this be why its not arming?

When I click open port nothing is identified. My blue boot loader LED is flashing rapidly. It’s like the boot loader is no longer on the board.

How do you turn on the reciever wired like supposed to works on radio but not through fc tx to sig and rx to tlm

my only real gripe is I prefer the 3 input rates of actual rates on BF over the 2 input rates on alpha. that and hardware prices are $$$

I sure hope it flies good because the configurator sucks compared to betaflight
the problem is flyduino doesn't make hardware in any quantity to matter. alpha actually is super simple. kiss has become far from that.
ive tried alpha but this shit doesnt work with crossfire, back on kiss
I am running with kiss on 2-3 quads no issues. I run walksnail and OSD works on alpha couldn't make it work on kiss.
Since when ? It works. Perfectly fine with crossfire
Alpha needs some updates imo... It has had a update since last October
they are working a new new version as we speak
