I’d love to see you wire it up with a vista/AU and run this one wire. Iv been running the older fettec/kiss fc with 45amp esc and I’m still unclear if one wire is actually working or not , I can’t tell a difference when I switch from dshot 600, dshot 2400 or one wire . You mentioned wiring one wire on this new G4 so yeah now I’m definitely confused on that so making a point to do that in a video would also be very interesting Mr Dman.
I only run onewire on my fettec builds, so I dont use the wire harnes. Only need to use the "T" and the ground on the esc to the ground on the fc and the tlm on the fc. I love the onewire.

The fettec is ok i have one but my ultra fc flys way better plus federovs fc has blheli passthrough plus the peripherals dont matter much we have no lag on the uarts and stuff hell they have no problem running 500hz now sooo... But hey enjoy the video drainman like your content

Im happy with old fettec, but its good, that they pushing bar forward xD Anyway my favorite drone is flying on F4G3 Hobbywing +60A esc runnung on Falco firmware)) Fettec or Kiss should finaly add "new" feathers to kiss fw, like feedforward or i-term relax. Setpoint Weight even on 100% do nothing comparing with nice tuned ff in bf)
i have seen the comparisson between kiss fc and kiss g4 and in the video he says it flys worse on stock settings....i am so sad about it, i just wanted to buildt two exact same setups and or at least two exactly good flying quads (completly same setup but first buildt with fettec v1 and second with g4 now the v1 is everywhere sold out and in the video he says stock settings fly much worse then the v1 and why i fly kiss is because i dont want to tune, i just want to buildt and go.....so fucking sad

I really like the apex regulator board for the good video signal it provides. on older builds it would hook up to the camera via the osd board, which now we don't need anymore with the G4. although the G4 FC does have its own BECs, I still believe (and I might be wrong, of course) that the stability of the voltage output of the apex regulator would be better for the video signal. can I use the regulator anyway with the G4 to power the camera and VTX? and if so, how? sorry if the question is dumb, I still have a lot to learn. thanks again! 🙂
I feel at this point of time with the kind of flying most people do all we need is dependable hardware that can very well run betaflight 4.3. Otherwise higher power FC processors are now by law of diminishing returns waay too overkill for fpv dronesand the typical pilot.

Can you run bl_heli32 esc’s on this fc? Also if running individual esc’s, is a PDB unnecessary since it has the pads on the four corners?
