    I've been doing chris's workouts for 3 months now and I've lost 15 pounds and gained a lot of strength. 3 Months ago I was only able to do 3 push-ups now I can do 25 strait thanks to you chris. I can also now L-sit and handstand! God bless you and the team for you outstanding work chris!

    Just started watching these workout vids last week. Im a complete beginner with skinny build, but since having these workout sessions, I've been feeling much healthier and definitely will continue.     dude just wanted to comment this on a more recent vid: you're the first guy to actually give me a goal in all this outside of a vague "time to workout and look good" , specifically with the anime workout video. I was already kind of wanting to do the one armed push ups because of Vegeta but when you said the whole thing about Saiyans having inspiring workouts it hit directly home as I'd just used Vegeta as my inspiration to start, so to then see you proceed to bang out Goku style handstand push ups in perfect form WITH the Vegeta one handed WITH the added weight to mimic the zero g effect, I knew what my mission was/is lol also just starting out but I've been doing your morning routine for the last 2 days, I can't get it all at once but I go to failure and am currently pushin the b*** outta me 😆
    thanks for what you do man, keep up the great work and if you ever need some music for your channel hmu sometime fr, maybe we can make a trade or somethin 👊

    Damn...2 of these in a row got me sweating like crazy. And i'm used to doing 30kg vest leg days. But this combo of exercises and the HIIT format make for a killer workout. Thanks Chris as usual. 4 years following your routines and im still going strong and improving myself.

    I've done your 20 min legs work out for a while now doing 2 rounds. I started this work out for the first à couple months ago and it seemed really hard because of some exercice I was not used too like single leg explosive Bulgarian lunge. Now I can complete 3 full rounds it is a really complete work out, it has done some great result on my legs

    holly magarony dude , 55 years old climber here, that need to get some more leg strength. I barley followd you trough. Not too keen oin the jumps though, got bad knees from far to heavy work and, knee postions during climbing. Drenched in sweat but happy i made it. Will for sure help me on the legs, also really good for coordination and balance if done the propper way, and more slowly. Thanx mate!

    I needed a new leg day routine!! Leg day >>>> The best part about doing calisthenic based exercises for legs is you can always make it harder by using weights while still doing the same exercises
