I started doing calisthenics because of you, you make it look so easy, I started doing crossfit first, but couldn't see a lot of progress, then I changed to calisthenics, and in a few weeks, I can see a lot of progress in my body and workouts doing it correctly. Did this with the Chris Heria abs workout, pump is real people!🔥🔥 Also mad respect for being so down to earth Chris and for sharing this; I got rejected as a 13 yr old when I wanted to train in gymnastics but the coach said I wasn't good enough and that I was too old. Then for many years I researched and researched how to get gymnastic strength but didn't make much progress. You my friend have been a massive help in healing that wound and been like a big brother to me in this sort of training and since I began last year I've been getting results far more quickly than in the fours years I tried doing by training myself. I like to add at the end some hip raises and idk what its called but you lay on your side with a resistance band holding your knees together and your ankles stay together while you try to open your knees like a clam shell, very good glute excercise for boxing.
With weight and so slow and controlled really that you feel because of the resistance and with 10 minutes you feel imagine and 30 or more is deadly, thanks chirs
