      You are totally right he advertising but here in TH-cam already you can get the best workout ever just need to follow your body reaction by the time and you can get really in a very good shape with him. Just remember everybody is different and need time and dedication.

    This workout combined with fasting is showing amazing results results for me, its unreal how my body is gaing muscle week in week out im also doing basic resistance training but my results are completly down to chris's workout and for that i thank you chris 💪 👍

    I normally do 50 push-ups plus a mild ab workout every morning followed by a 2,5km Beach walk but it was raining today so I swapped the walk and ab workout for this today. Feeling good💪

    Here we go another Sunday workout!!!! These workouts keep me going! I do that treadmill abs workout the 15 rounds, man became my favorite! going to add this as well!
    Btw deadlifting superset to muscle ups at the gym makes you a god thanks Chris for all the muscle up tutorials

    Yo Chris you make it look so easy, but I’m new and it’s a challenge - however it’s building me up physically and mentally - my favourite is the mountain climbing, burpees, and the Russian twists, amazing channel thanks 🙏🏽

    Great workout before a little dumbbell work. I been doing Chris’s 10 minute hiit workout until I discovered this one yesterday. Much more intense

    This is one of the hardest cardio workout I ever did .. omg 🔥🔥🔥
    I've always tell my friends that ur workouts, specially ur cardio videos are a little similar and I can get used to it ..

    started the second and third round of his micro workouts after month of single combinations to get first the physical hability for his circuit training before👉🏼 and now he tricks us into the second micro workout round, thanks bro😅
