One of the main elements of 'confidence', for me, is 'knowing' what might come next in any situation and being able to constantly respond. To see the moves coming. Many people feel a lack of confidence in different situations because of lack of knowledge.
For me, confidence is really the opposite. Being able to say or do things without knowing the outcome of the situation gives me more belief in myself and my opinion because I'm taking a risk that may or may not pay off but I had the confidence to try
Words, schmwerds, confidence derives above all from directly experiencing success. If you can get sh*t done, doesn't matter what people tell you, you start growing your confidence. If you fail time and again, *then* your brain starts becoming receptive to negativity projected from others onto.
Yes, I believe confidence comes from knowing. We cannot fake confidence in ourselves; we need to understand our abilities to be truly confident in them. However, the first step is always taken blindfolded, so faith and courage are necessary when facing something new. Faith is belief despite the lack of evidence, while courage is action despite uncertainty and fear. With time, both knowledge and confidence can develop. Beauty is very subjective. Even if we had a clear definition of beauty standards, educating people on them would be futile, and criticism would always remain. Understanding this is knowledge, which in turn fosters confidence.
This may sound creepy, but its not meant to be. I really need someone like you in my live, and with that i mean, someone i can have deep and meaningful conversations with. And someone who tells me how damn lazy i am and what i could achieve if i werent.
@pauloTx I think she looks and talks exactly like her she would probably be elated to know she's already a star if nothing else it would be a trip to watch yourself on the big screen
That's some truth we all needed to hear. Thank you so much for this, i never thought about it that way!
Things I needed to hear. Thank you for that!! 👍
