But with Caroline's programs, I actually found myself focusing on the 'gaining' part, gaining muscle, gaining strength, gaining endurance. This woman's upper body strength is crazy strong. My upper body strength is something I've been working on with Caroline for 1 year already. I've made some gains but I need to work with my not so great shoulder. I've come along way, but I'd love to not tire so easily on rows. Thanks for these workouts Caroline. You're amazing and I strive to get stronger

Omg!! What a super workout. Used 15kg throughout and oh boy does my arms feel that. A lot of rows but really engaged my abs, glutes and quads and it makes one so stable. No jerking as Caroline said. Went on to do add on biceps and now my arms are shaking so much and I can barely lift them😱😱 this is another fantastic session. You will all love it but most of all enjoy it and make it your own. Drove up to my parents' place today. Almost 400 kms. Tired but planning to do this a little later. Looks like the back is going to be WORKED. Love how I feel after rows. Makes me stand taller and feel so much stronger

Happy Monday All! Loving this advent calendar. Today’s back sessions was paired with Sunday’s cardio so it was a sweaty morning. 10kg throughout with 15lbs for my pitiful renegade rows BUT 40lbs for landmines. Caroline’s 20 minute stretch completed the workout. Such a great routine to wrap up 2021. I hope everyone has a good week and Caroline, thank you!

20/12/24. Excellent routine, effective and powerful. In the past I did not like arm exercises, I focused more on legs and glutes, but today with Caro's training I happily do the corresponding exercise and I love the results I have obtained in my entire body. Loved this workout but was really tough I find the plank position really make me puff and get hot. I’m strong now to be able to hold planks but lifting the weights feels like a cardio burst. I used 10kg. I have to put my palm done for rows as the weight I have rolls away. First time using yoga Block! Loved it. Thanks Caroline xx

My posture has improved soo much along with my strength in the last year+! That being said, it still burned like crazy. 🔥😆! It's been awhile since we've done a heavy rep renegade row workout! Those rotation renegades are pure gold!🌟 The long set pull overs and finisher did their job as well. Added your 20 min bicep workout for my add-on! This one was really hard :D . Been following for 3-4 months now, and i worked my back up from a damage-to-be-disc herniation if i didnt do something. Now - i have reached to point where i can actually start running (still in the small but huge improvement) - so thank you very much - credit to these series :)

Happy Monday All! Loving this advent calendar. Today’s back sessions was paired with Sunday’s cardio so it was a sweaty morning. 10kg throughout with 15lbs for my pitiful renegade rows BUT 40lbs for landmines. Caroline’s 20 minute stretch completed the workout. Such a great routine to wrap up 2021. I hope everyone has a good week and Caroline, thank you!

20/12/24. Excellent routine, effective and powerful. In the past I did not like arm exercises, I focused more on legs and glutes, but today with Caro's training I happily do the corresponding exercise and I love the results I have obtained in my entire body. Loved this workout but was really tough I find the plank position really make me puff and get hot. I’m strong now to be able to hold planks but lifting the weights feels like a cardio burst. I used 10kg. I have to put my palm done for rows as the weight I have rolls away. First time using yoga Block! Loved it. Thanks Caroline xx

🤩🤩! That was amazing! Such an amazingly tough workout in such a short period! Loved it!🥰 I always love back day. This area of the body is often so neglected for women, but never with you Caroline!! My posture has improved soo much along with my strength in the last year+! That being said, it still burned like crazy. 🔥😆! It's been awhile since we've done a heavy rep renegade row workout! Those rotation renegades are pure gold!🌟 The long set pull overs and finisher did their job as well. Added your 20 min bicep workout for my add-on! This one was really hard :D . Been following for 3-4 months now, and i worked my back up from a damage-to-be-disc herniation if i didnt do something. Now - i have reached to point where i can actually start running (still in the small but huge improvement) - so thank you very much - credit to these series :)
