I take vitamins, heavy on antioxidants including Vitamin D3, B-Complex, Areds2 (eye health) and Omega 3-6-9 oils. ...I walk, bike, swim or go the gym daily. I do basic strength exercises but with moderation. I focus on aerobics more. ..,my doctor just did an extensive physical. She said my test results and her observations told her I was about 38-42 years of age. I am 68, often mistaken for someone in their 40s.
Up at sunrise and take my dogs on a 6 mile hill walk. Eat oats, nuts and fruit. Eat salad and fish for afternoon meal. Evening meal eat steamed veg and meat. 8pm take dogs on 5 mile hill walk. Bed at 11.30 ish. Every second Sunday go on 20 mile cross country hike. Im 50yrs old, I've gotta keep fit.
I love sleeping in but noticed I was getting lazy and slow. I have changed my routine a while ago, I wake up early in the morning, drink a glass of water and exercise. I fast for 14 or 16 hours everyday and have my work out while fasting. I have lost 28 pounds. I also became vegan and cut all aninal and processed products from my diet. That does miracles to you healthy!!!!
My body naturally wakes up early (around 7 or so). I like going to bed earlier because of school and the fact that keeping a consistent sleep schedule helps me with sleeping.

I have currently made use of this unique plan *2WeightLossFast. Com* for several days already as well as the results are fantastic. They provide me a lot of energy and also suppress my urge for food, however I don`t crash whenever they wear off which I love, and they don`t cause me to feel jittery. I did absolutely nothing special on my very own diet regime and I still manage to burned my unwanted weight to 7 lbs.
Relaxing with a cup of coffee. My issue with breakfast is I'm not hungry for a few hours after I get up. Sometimes by the time I do get hungry enough to want to eat, it's close to lunchtime.

It's not healthy not to eat breakfast, it's the most important meal, what will help you lose weight and still eat breakfast is to drink a lemon juice but with a warm water instead of cold, and 30 minutes after you drank it you are able to eat your breakfast
I always wake up late in the morning and go to bed late night but I exercise in the evening and can still manage to loose weight lot quicker by moderating my diet. Thank you very much I learned a lot trying to treat my water when I first wake up today I did some aerobics for about 15 minutes is Zumba and then I waited a little bit and drink some more water and then had a healthy breakfast hopefully this will become a regular habit and I know I need to get out and walk in the sunshine I've stopped doing that I know if my body does not have 8 hours I can feel the difference no matter that's the thing is having a regular sleeping schedule is really hard for me but I'm trying to get there I learned a lot thank you very much for all your information oh and the six small meals I've heard that and then versus the three meals that the ones with three meals actually lost weight protein and carbs i in the morning medium for lunch light dinner ....
I'm in between because of stress. But this was very helpful and informative. Stress and not eating breakfast have been my obstacles. I am on the no bread diet right now and I know that I have plateaued...not losing...not gaining...which is stressful...smh. Thank you...I am now a subscriber!
My fur baby, Mr Biscuit, will do yoga with me sometimes & I ❤️ that! He’ll do his down dog poses as he sees me doing mine, & lay on my stomach when I’m doing bridge poses & just ride the wave as I lift & lower my abs! He’s so adorable! He’s my little “chug” since he’s a half chihuahua/half pug mix! He makes my yoga sessions very enjoyable!

I actually enforce number 3 in our house. It is for a different reason though, sugary food tend to make kids more energetic. My kids sleep at 7-8:30 pm. If they eat dessert or sugared foods in the evening they tend to sleep later or sleep badly. Which will ruin the next day.
Alice Dubois when I eat dessert I get really sleepy and tired. I can literally sleep for a really long time after eating a lot of sugar because it decreases my energy. That's why I don't eat sugary stuff especially in large amounts.
I don't agree with breakfast. Skipping breakfast and only eat lunch and dinner (intermittent fasting) can actually help you to lose weight if done correctly.
Eating a big breakfast stretches your stomach out and makes it harder to get full throughout the day. At least for me, when I eat breakfast I am STARVING all day, just munchies on munchies. If I fast for breakfast, eat moderately for lunch and have a big dinner, I eat less and have lost 35lbs doing so. I drink a glass of water and a 12oz cup of black coffee at 8am and I don't eat my first meal until 1pm. I do not feel hungry until closer to noon.
This might work for you now but as you grow older and your metabolism slows down, you will start to gain weight. Also overall, it is extremely terrible advice to share as it would do most people more harm than good

My favorite thing to do in the morning is to relax on my bed. With my laptop and play my Sims 4 game and listen to mostly creepy pasta stories. Or watch you tube videos. But I really need to get back on the tread mill in the mornings. Right before I eat anything. I was losing weight. I only stop because of my MP3 player was giving me some problems. And without my Bollywood dance/party music blasting in my ears. There is no way I am going back on that tread mill. This weekend I am going back on it again.

for your body to have more energy in the morning and not having to digest a big breakfast, it’s better to eat two or three hours after waking up so that your body does fasting at night and in the morning. So if you feel tired after eating in the morning, that’s why!

It all depends on the individual and what works for them. I personally am a large breakfast eater. And generally eat Grilled chicken and salad for dinner. This with a consistent workout plan has great results. You burn the calories from your large breakfast during the day, optimizing your metabolism. Then hit the bed after your lean dinner. This plan works because your not depriving yourself from the foods you love but it is all about the timing you eat them and turning those foods into energy VS. Eating cake before BED. ✌

Thank you very much I learned a lot trying to treat my water when I first wake up today I did some aerobics for about 15 minutes is Zumba and then I waited a little bit and drink some more water and then had a healthy breakfast hopefully this will become a regular habit and I know I need to get out and walk in the sunshine I've stopped doing that I know if my body does not have 8 hours I can feel the difference no matter that's the thing is having a regular sleeping schedule is really hard for me but I'm trying to get there I learned a lot thank you very much for all your information oh and the six small meals I've heard that and then versus the three meals that the ones with three meals actually lost weight protein and carbs i in

I'm in between because of stress. But this was very helpful and informative. Stress and not eating breakfast have been my obstacles. I am on the no bread diet right now and I know that I have plateaued...not losing...not gaining...which is stressful...smh. Thank you...I am now a subscriber!

My fur baby, Mr Biscuit, will do yoga with me sometimes & I ❤️ that! He’ll do his down dog poses as he sees me doing mine, & lay on my stomach when I’m doing bridge poses & just ride the wave as I lift & lower my abs! He’s so adorable! He’s my little “chug” since he’s a half chihuahua/half pug mix! He makes my yoga sessions very enjoyable!

I've been eating less lately, but been gaining weight. 8:20 is really my life now. My stressful situation has to be gone in order for me to lose actual weight again ;(
I actually enforce number 3 in our house. It is for a different reason though, sugary food tend to make kids more energetic. My kids sleep at 7-8:30 pm. If they eat dessert or sugared foods in the evening they tend to sleep later or sleep badly. Which will ruin the next day.
Alice Dubois when I eat dessert I get really sleepy and tired. I can literally sleep for a really long time after eating a lot of sugar because it decreases my energy. That's why I don't eat sugary stuff especially in large amounts.

I don't agree with breakfast. Skipping breakfast and only eat lunch and dinner (intermittent fasting) can actually help you to lose weight if done correctly.

Eating a big breakfast stretches your stomach out and makes it harder to get full throughout the day. At least for me, when I eat breakfast I am STARVING all day, just munchies on munchies. If I fast for breakfast, eat moderately for lunch and have a big dinner, I eat less and have lost 35lbs doing so. I drink a glass of water and a 12oz cup of black coffee at 8am and I don't eat my first meal until 1pm. I do not feel hungry until closer to noon.

This might work for you now but as you grow older and your metabolism slows down, you will start to gain weight. Also overall, it is extremely terrible advice to share as it would do most people more harm than good

My favorite thing to do in the morning is to relax on my bed. With my laptop and play my Sims 4 game and listen to mostly creepy pasta stories. Or watch you tube videos. But I really need to get back on the tread mill in the mornings. Right before I eat anything. I was losing weight. I only stop because of my MP3 player was giving me some problems. And without my Bollywood dance/party music blasting in my ears. There is no way I am going back on that tread mill. This weekend I am going back on it again.

for your body to have more energy in the morning and not having to digest a big breakfast, it’s better to eat two or three hours after waking up so that your body does fasting at night and in the morning. So if you feel tired after eating in the morning, that’s why!

It all depends on the individual and what works for them.
I personally am a large breakfast eater. And generally eat Grilled chicken and salad for dinner.
This with a consistent workout plan has great results.
You burn the calories from your large breakfast during the day, optimizing your metabolism.
Then hit the bed after your lean dinner.
This plan works because your not depriving yourself from the foods you love but it is all about the timing you eat them and turning those foods into energy VS. Eating cake before BED. ✌
