    Great info here for real! I literally did these along with other exercises in a hiit circuit style workout, and lost 73 lbs in 5 months. so this guy definitely knows his stuff! Thanks for sharing my man!

      @@Farshabeeb all I did was basically cut all the processed foods, cakes, cookies, soda, pastas, cereal, rice, noodles, and things like that out of my daily intake. I replaced it with lean meat and green veggies. Chicken, tuna, Cod, whitening, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, spinach, brussel sprouts, green beans, sweet peas, just to name a few. Along with intermittent fasting for lease 16 hours, but sometimes it would be up to 20. And I will eat no more than two meals a day, without snacking at all throughout the day, along with drinking at least a gallon of water every single day. I worked out at least 5 times a week with high intensity for 30 to 45 minutes. And this is literally what I did, oh yeah and I had apple cider vinegar every single morning.

    I love boiled spinach, black coffee, chili powder in my rice, lentil soup, Irish oatmeal with apples and cinnamon, ginger tea, natural yogurt with strawberries or peaches, avocados in my healthy chicken burrito, salmon, and boiled eggs.

    *Green leafy vegetables especially has to be incorporated more into the diet.*
    *The rule of thumb is - most minerals and vitamins for the least amount of calories.*

    A shot of pure lemon juice and olive oil works every time.. RECIPE: 2 parts(2oz) organic lemon and 1 part (1oz) unfiltered cold pressed olive oil. This is also spectacular for the kidneys and liver.

    I had gestational diabetes (diabetes while pregnant only or elevated glucose levels while pregnant) & I chose to use dark chocolate to help curb my sweet tooth. Eating 1-2 squares a day really worked for me.

    Use a straw it will distribute the butter evenly
    Btw this isn’t a hack to lose weight

    I remember last week there was an incident with one of my roommates at 2 in the morning. I couldn't sleep and I was too stressed to make a proper lunch so I grabbed a dark chocolate bar. I felt bad for it at first but after eating it that was all I needed until I got home for dinner

    Well you actually forgot about the cucumber since it contains 97% of water and it's perfect for a breakfast or lunch also nettles is better to eat than spinach because it contains a little more iron than the spinach

    haven't tried it brightside always right um sure every morning I have to eat spinach and sugarless tea for breakfast with spicy chicken. And I might eat green tea eggs and avocado for snacks. I guess desert includes my dark chocolate...

    Hey, loved ur video... I will surely add all of them. But i cant have eggs as i am allergic to egg protine and i hate avacado. Thats for such a great information. Will be back after a month with the weight loss results for sure.

    Dark chocolate is at the top of my diet list!
    A cup of green tea, oat meals, chilli 🔥, fish, yoghurt and coconut oil.

    Avocado with some chia seeds and ginger ....and a small tab of dark chocolate and a tap of ecstacy on the weekends.

      Are you eating the instant kind? If not, maybe your metabolism is different or you have an hormonal disbalance ( telling ya cause i also never get full and have one of those hormonal disbalances )

      Oatmeal has a lot of fiber so of course your going to poop faster and be more hungry

    The only thing on this list I really like is dark chocolate,I'm gonna have the darkest and the most bitter one there is. After that I'll never want to eat again. lol

    I love half boiled eggs vry rewarding. I full after a breakfast of two eggs daily.

    Idk how you guys eat oatmeal it doesn’t taste nice and i can’t eat stuff I can’t bite into so can someone please tell me what to do to make it more tastier
