You will find that if you plan your food purchase with healthier foods it can be a lot cheaper than buy lots of processed foods.
Pizza, pies and fries are not cheap. One pizza could buy you several bags of frozen veg.

I can confirm that this recipe is DELICIOUS. I put in everything except the chia seeds and hemp seeds. I also used all almond milk, but would suggest water because it is very thick. I also used coconut oil instead of butter, but would recommend letting it become a liquid before putting it in, and stirring it in so it doesn't stick to the cup. Peanut butter is a good substitute for almond butter. I also added some chocolate flavored protein powder.

People complaining here about the price or having to find the ingredients at more specialty stores are really not very valid complaints. This is the state of the world at this time. What can you do about it?
And if you value your health invest in it instead of vain or unnecessary things and future doctor's bills
I understand maybe not everybody can but really only a very small percentage would not be able to. Most people just value other things more than being responsible.

People complaining about the price keep in mind you can do a variation and if you're changing your diet you start adding these things to your pantry. They are pricey but I just add an expensive item or two every pay period they last a long time and then you just have to replace as needed. Baby steps.

If you found this educational, you may also want to know that sugar has a lot of different names on ingredients labels. The first item on the list is what there’s the most of in a product! Companies don’t want to have sugar on their ingredient list, so they’ll use other names for it. Cumulatively, these different names add up to a good amount of sugar in the product!

What is wrong with all these people complaining about the ingredients in this smoothie? Is it supposed to be free to make? I have nearly all these things in my house rn (except the berries) and I am far from "rich." Almost all of these things are in Walmart and you can make this smoothie every day for 2 weeks (or longer) and the only things you'll have to buy again are the bananas & almond milk. None of these ppl whining about being poor on here are *that* poor, they just choose to spend their money on other things.

Pumpkin seeds also contain iorn, and it is processed sugar that causes wieght gain, natural sugars (organic fruit) are your bodies sorce of energy as well, however I do agree that vegtables, nuts and seeds are manily superfoods and if not they are still very healthy. I still recomend all plant based foods are healthy though and there needs to be ballence in a healthy life style this video appears to demonstrate good balance for a meal every day or two to keep protien levels up. I'm not an expert though so I'm just discussing ballence.

Ingredients looks great but I prefer to chew my food - and what about changing almond milk to soyamilk? And then just chew the wonderfull almonds? And I would love some organic oats in my breakfast and then all the rest and then enjoy the textures of Real foods and the chewing

If you have issues with fibre then be careful at first and not add so much in. Add it in little bits over times so your body gets time to adjust.

Can you substitute the almond milk/butter for something that isn’t as harmful to bees? Just curious.

Am I mistaken or what. Doesn't Hemp thin your blood? Therefore if you are on blood thinners this would not be a good thing to have too much of.

How many servings does that make? Do you recommend only one cup full or do you drink the whole thing?

Ami Fiser Well, looks like he shared it with his mom. I’m sure if you made this for yourself, it would cover breakfast and lunch, so you wouldn’t have to eat until late afternoon anyway.

This guy has helped thousands reclaim their health and ppl are just complaining in the comments. Just another excuse for ppl to keep eating their convenient, greasy fried breakfasts sandwiches and tacos every morning. Yes, you may not have all of these ingredients in your pantry already bc they’re stocked full of vegetable oil, flour, granola bars, and other garbage foods. But when you replace all those things with healthy pantry items it’s not as expensive as you think in the long run. They become staples in your pantry and you don’t have to go out and buy them every week.
