I feel hopeless. I can’t even get into my GP these days, I’m constantly ill, aching and exhausted and after years of trying to figure it out for myself I’m convinced I’m suffering with fibromyalgia and can’t get anyone to acknowledge it. I feel like giving up. Some days, I feel so sad and exhausted and pained that I feel like I’m failing as an adult. The guilt of not being able to keep on top of the every day tasks for my family and now facing having to go back to work really frightens me for my future 😢
I totally understand what you feel, are you in UK?..as yes it's quite difficult to get an appointment at the GP but persist and explain, I did this and in 2017 they did a ANA blood test (please request this as, it will rule out any other autoimmune diseases) then from there ask for referral to rheumatology at your local hospital. In the meantime try and figure out when it all started and pin point if you went through anything stressful or traumatic at the time, it could go back to childhood too yet usually fibromyalgia and autoimmune diseases are brought on by stress, fear and trauma which causes are body to go against itself. If we can heal emotionally etc then I believe our physical health will improve. Yet I know it's not easy, as I also have a child and working which is more stressful especially now energy to do simple things.
Also I'm not sure if you believe in God, yet this really helps and there's a book by Dr Henry wright called spiritual roots of sickness and disease, he even has TH-cam videos about many issues.
Then lastly ellel ministries has a healing retreat which is free of charge, you can apply and have a break for three days two nights and they will assign you someone to talk through everything and there's also some teaching too and food provided.

@natasha. Please try mild gentle yoga stretches for 20 mins & 15 mins Anulom vilom pranayama with 5 mins Brahmari pranayama & 5 mins shav asana every morning empty stomach .It helps ! Hope we all get better and cured soon .
@@V_7126 Hi I'm doing okay thanks, I have my days that are not so great. I've learnt that balance is key in terms of exercise, this can be as simple as going for a walk and doing some stretches. Avoid stress, eat well and take vitamins. Get therapy too if needed. I believe nothing is irreversible, despite what doctors say.

great video. I am also treating myself with Ayurveda for this issue. I am consulting Dr Vikram Chauhan for my case and Its been 3 months and yeah i got maximum relief from my symptoms.
