I feel hopeless. I can’t even get into my GP these days, I’m constantly ill, aching and exhausted and after years of trying to figure it out for myself I’m convinced I’m suffering with fibromyalgia and can’t get anyone to acknowledge it. I feel like giving up. Some days, I feel so sad and exhausted and pained that I feel like I’m failing as an adult. The guilt of not being able to keep on top of the every day tasks for my family and now facing having to go back to work really frightens me for my future 😢

great video. I am also treating myself with Ayurveda for this issue. I am consulting Dr Vikram Chauhan for my case and Its been 3 months and yeah i got maximum relief from my symptoms. Dr what about pain and the feelings of lumps in your but and now pain in the hip when standing and walking just across the room severe pain. Numbness in the toes and burning in the feet. It feels like you have a shoe up your but. Now the pain is also going lower and in the groin. I have told my pain management dr for six years and was not diagnosed. He did order MRIs of the lower back but I still have not been told anything other than I need a simple procedure to take care of chipping bone or something. I never get to see him just a nurse or nurse practitioner. I asked them who or when would be doing that simple surgery but haven’t been given an answer. Can you help me I’m in a lot of pain.

Hello please help me, The only things I have ever been diagnosed with are fibromyalgia and anxiety, but nothing serious, however my issues are very serious, and definitely not imaginary. I woke with a headache today and still got it. I have been outside for a walk. I eat and drink healthy. I do minor exercises. I have an important, academic, science exam 2moro for which I've hardly managed any revision. I can't afford to be cooped up, bowled over today. GPs are useless and I've done no studying due to other issues. Please help me. Its a difficult life , especially when on period. I also get additional banging headache on period. I know there are people in worse situations around the world but it's still very unfair to compare. I too am victimized in hidden, subtle and complex ways. have had the keyhole surgery done & been to but yet to find a cure. I live in a very negative environment,beyond my control, so any help would be greatly appreciated. I have so many other issues and queries, one of which is, being a very, unfortunate,anxious,undeveloped, unemployed,unsuccessful,ridiculed, British Indian female, how to stop getting harshly mistreated by majority in society - its getting worse, I have never fit in anywhere, I have no friends, especially not of my ethnicity/background & believe me I have exhausted every option.
