I have been the same way so I know what you are going through. I am sorry. I also want to say that there are many different disorders, diseases etc that act like fibro so when I see this BS about take magnesium or valerian root or whatever it makes me angry. I have tried a lot of different things to get relief and and am still suffering! STOP trying to convince people that you can cure this, the chronic inflammation that we have causes permanent damage to our nerves.

I've had fibromialgia since my late 30s and I'm 69. I've tried natural medicine before, and yes it helps, but the cost is also too high. So, as always, it looks like natural medicine is for wealthy people because health insurance doesn't cover it. I DO believe that natural medicine heals, not like conventional medicine, that it only treats the condition. Hope that many people can get help for this horrible condition.
