    Another good, informative video. A quick question: who / how the hell does someone crawl a TH-cam page to look for random songs in the background music playlist of a gym, to launch copyright claims just hours after it’s posted ?! 😮

    three sets is really the maximum you should ever do on any movement......... my max currently is two sets, on stuff like triceps, biceps and barbell rows........... everything else gets 1 set.............4-5 sets 'to the death' per week per bodypart......

      I do agree for the most part, it’s only on more advanced physiques which can benefit from a little extra refinement. You can potentially get away with higher volume on smaller muscle groups for sure

      @@adampowe yes, it depends on what you call a bodypart.... rear delts get 3 sets over 2 movements, side delts get 3 sets over 2 movements, front delts get 1-2 sets of presses...., mid-back gets 3-4 sets over 2-3 movements, lats get 2-3 sets over 2-3 movements, traps get 1-2 sets of dumbbell shrugs.... anyway... no one is gonna make any real money in bodybuilding, unless you're top 10 at the Mr O or a massively online influencer or start gymshark.... so enjoy the ride and training , almost 50 with 5 kids. Am tempted to aim to break the world record in rawpowerlifting for 242lbs weight class for 50 years old... best pull was 282 and WR was 305

      Yes basically half the total work!
