hes Olympic weighlifter so no they train 4-6days a week on average so he will likely come back do lighter work same movement maybe next day or even later session that day. if mean for his max strength CNS to recover yh sure that could take like fortnight two weeks if was genuinely right near max

Try standing on top of a closed can of soda and compare that to an empty can you'll see that the empty can will crumble easily but the full can can support your entire bodyweight unless you're 200 kg

Some ppl have a strange tendency to stick out there tongue when thinking hard or exerting more force then they r used to. I am 1 of those ppl, in both camps. I don’t do it all the time but I do it sometimes. I started doing it around when I reached 20yo. Maybe I’m taking after my grandpa more than I realize in some areas.

This dude physique is what I’ve been aiming for in the last few months Idc to be the biggest dude I’ve got a good amount of muscle to start slowing it down and focusing on strength training and building a more ATHLETIC body Before I was going the power lifter route and my frames not the best for it joints didn’t feel great and cardio was trash until doing some MMA classes over the years But athletic training like this guys done makes you sooo fast and explosive while using less cardio all while looking like a Greek god😂 I missed having abs lol I have more energy feel more alert Never going back

So to have his spine you need to have his core first. I kid you not, a stronger core not only looks good but makes you strongest in the gym depending on how much you base most of your heavy weight exercises on it. And his knees are god blessed with how much he probably works his squats and developed his quads. Absolute machine
