Defo a HIIT, personally one more intense workout in there and its still a winner. However that's easy to resolve, make it more intense turn the squat and reach to a squat and power jump (land with knees bent) and side ways jog turn to high knees jog. Pressups pump up and try to live your palms off the ground/or do diamond pressups. Takes a top workout to the next level.

Yeah def not the amount of calories burned that they advertise. Thats obviously for clicks. Even running in place in between the workouts dont get you at the calories burned they are advertising. But great workout
