    Broccoli 🥦 and mushrooms 🍄 calms my tension significantly😊 My blood pressure decreased significantly. I was able to discontinue my antihypertensive medication.

    In general can be taken as needed? Or on a regimine?
    I take 200 mg in the morning and if at work 200 mg late afternoon. Otherwise just AM.
    It took headaches away and dizziness.

      100 mg to start . But I take 800 mg total per day. 400 morning and 400 night
