Can this be taken with magnesium or ashwaganda
Dunno about ashwhatever is (just google) yes is not contradicted with magnesium glycinate*this is what really helps me fall asleep plus has effect of muscle relaxant. Recent clinical study states just to get ltheanine from its source which is black or green tea as proved the caffiene boosts the ltheanine. I am adhd autism use it as destresses a amino precursor that l tyrosine needs to create my best friend dopamine using tyrosine ltheanine magnesium with mct powder and omega 3 ( brain is fats the good guys need fats) has had incredulous results for my adhd and i am soooooo calmed its a little uncomforable getting used to calmed.🙃
I take magnesium and L-theanine most nights and I sleep very well. I notice a calm soothing relaxation and an urge to sleep within 10mins of taking it
I can take 1000mg and it does nothing to me , why would that be
Must be with caffeine.
Is it safe if taking it while breastfeeding
Great question! Because there isn't much data on the safety during breastfeeding (or pregnancy), it's recommended not to take it while pregnant or breastfeeding.
Can I take a low-dose of L-Theanine while taking Zoloft, BuSpar, Hydroxzine, and Propranolol
My husband takes Zoloft and Xanax and takes L theanine twice daily.
Btw do you have pots? Sounds like my dysautonomia/pots meds. L theanine is awesome!
@@CarolinaOats Propranolol is actually for my panic attacks, surprisingly. But I used to overthink and think I had POTS because of my health anxiety

Hi Bryon, I have not seen this with any of my patients, but worth having a conversation with your doctor about it. - Dr. Nishi
@@IntraBalancewill I build tolerence to it? do i need to cycle off and on?
@@ImPewPew4 that's a great question. There aren't enough long term studies to determine whether it causes tolerance with long term use. At this point, it's not thought to cause tolerance but that doesn't mean it isn't possible. If someone does notice tolerance, then taking a break from the supplement for a period of time may be helpful.
I can't believe how bad the audio quality of this video is.

No thank you. Just because you gave access to my phone and prescription status does not give you the credentials of a physician. Again, my comment will be do not take medical advice from TH-cam just because they have access to your smartphone. I don’t care how clever it might seem.
