I like the drain on the heater with the valve. Easy way to dump it out.

Yup.. moisture tends to collect there so I drain it with each run.

Auto parts store automatic transmission hose can handle high heat and petroleum products. Also hydraulic hose scrap/drops would work from a hose shop.

Hyd. Hose is a possibility but many aren't rated for the heat. I've not seen 3/4"+ transmission hose either.

how cold do you think you could process in , we get down to like -30 to -40 in the winter here, think that would just be a no go for running the centrifuge, or does the heater make it not really matter.

The hard part would be moving the oil. Pumps don't like thick cold oil. If the shop was heated, it wouldn't be an issue at all but it would be a struggle for sure that cold. The unit would still operate as normal though

Anyone ever run black diesel in a 7.3 psd with a 75hp(+) tune?

Yes. I've not but know quite a few that run tuned powerstrokes. Join the FB group. Lots of powerstroke guys on there that can answer your questions. facebook.com/groups/217390477171178/?ref=share&mibextid=NSMWBT

Can I mix in biodiesel instead of gasoline? If so what would the ratio be?
    Thank you.

It would be the same as mixing with pump diesel I'd say... and I'd say 50/50. Diesel / biodiesel doesn't thin as well as gasoline and that's the main purpose.
