Dr Gundry, I have not read through all the comments. So I’m sorry if this is already asked. When I take magnesium it makes me itch all over, under my skin. Why does this happen?
Seed probiotics gave me the worst acid reflux and belly paid I've ever had! Not only do they automatically put you on a subscription program, this crap can actually make you feel significantly worst. Doctors are right, probiotics are in their infancy, no one really knows which ones are good for you and which are bad. Your gut is a delicate balance, adding this unregulated crap to your diet because some random "influencer" is paid to promote it can significantly throw that balance off! If you want probiotics do yourself a favor and don't get fooled by unrealistic claims, eat something natural like yogurt, kefir, kimchi, sauerkraut etc..

Dr. Gundry, do you recommend to take methyl folate and colabalamin together or separately? Thank you
Anybody know of a good source to purchase this c15 hes talking about ?
All i seem to be able find is a brand called "fatty 15" and its very pricey
My recent blood test shows vit D 25 -Hydroxy as 62ng/ml as High. This seems way off from your suggested numbers. I was taking 2 tablets that each contain 1000 I u per day but cut back since I'm out in the sun alot in the summer. Any suggestions?
Thank you ❤️🙏🏽
Thank you Dr. Gundry for a great informative podcast . I started taking vitality bits since I watched the podcast with energybits CEO . Do I still need to take other supplements along with Vitality bits ? If so could you please advise which supplements I should be taking.
What is Vitamix? Ty.
@@beckiruther1213 sorry Google did it again. I meant vitality bits from energybits
@@beckiruther1213 Thank you I edited my comment
I was using LMNT and it unfortunately has maltodextrin :(
I have a question
I take a thyroid medication in the morning.
And a 2 hormone pills at night.
Is there a specific time to take any of these vitamins?
I take my Vitamin B at night instead of with my thyroid medication.
Please advise me if you have any advice.
Thank yuo so much dr Gundry!
Thank you for reinforcing me the intake of Vit.C GRAZIEEEE 😊
As diabetic I’m looking for dihydroberberine but here in Italy isn’t easy FCS 😮
Good information as always! I have had a gluten free diet for a long time, along with no soy protein. They are horrible for my problem. I did not know that lectins found in grains were so bad, so, now I am starting a grain free diet too, and taking L glutamine, prebiotics and prebiotics. I see a difference, but still a long way to go. I have noticed that since I started taking probiotics, I pee some gray stuff, I assume it is the probiotics. Would you clarify that in any of your videos in the future, please?
Isn't nicotimodide riboside just a played up version of niacin?
Dr put me on iron suppliments about 3 months ago because my level was very low.. it was 7 do you have any brand recommendations thar are no sugar and do not increase sugar levels in the body?
Vitron-C
Well that tie is rocking 👍
We don’t have to eat Animals to obtain protein-INDEED! My respect for Gundry increased tremendously.
LMFAO YOU ARE DYING SLOWLY FROM MALNUTRITION
Can you talk more about EPA and DHA? Why do some people benefit more from different ratios.?
How about Lihtium as essential tracemineral as Dr. Michael Nehls suggesting?
Does it matter what type of B-vitamin complex you take? On the bottle of most of the supplements I have seen, it says to just swallow the pill. I haven't seen anyone recommending to put it under the tongue?
Yes, too much B6 can be detrimental: it can cause Parkinso- like symptoms.
You say that humans do not make their own vitamin C. TRUE. But, then you say that fruit is bad for our health because of fructose. However, some of the best sources of vitamin C are fruits. *ORANGES, GRAPEFRUIT, TANGERINES*
🎯 and watch he don’t answer back lol
Change the playback speed to 2,0. You are welcome
I find 1.5 is sufficient for Dr Gundry's talking speed.
Yup, you're right!
but he is very good as a meditation guru. Listen to his voice 😮
You need magnesium to be patient and relaxed
What about B15
Your Dr. can prescribe B12 shots to you if you have someone to give you a shot. I don’t know if you can give them to yourself but you may be able to.
How much Betberine do you recommend?
Also should it be taken with something else to aid absorption please 🙏
Dr Gundry, I have not read through all the comments. So I’m sorry if this is already asked. When I take magnesium it makes me itch all over, under my skin. Why does this happen?
What about liposomol vitamin C? Excuse spelling errors
Does anyone know if Berberine gives you constipation?
Thanks! They make it seem like they are the only one that works. Great marketing!
We fully believe what are saying if you cite clinical studies in support of what tell us about the different supplements
I like the spray magnesium it doesnt have additives
where do you get it?
GLYCINATE?,😮
Amazon?
Plz suggest
Longchain DHA
You look like actor John McCook from the Bold and the Beautiful
You crack me up Dr. G…” you don’t beat your dog anymore”😂
Love 💕💕 Dr G
My magnesium spray leaves salt on my diabetic skin & dries it out terribly!
Mg spray leaves residue and only provides minimal amounts of magnesium.
Just get some magnesium glycinate. It has more benefits anyhow.
A Bell Pepper has more Vitamin C than an Orange, Grapefruit or any other citrus fruit.
is there any one tablet that may have all these in one place and the right proportion
400 - 500 mg of Magnesium Glycinate works well for me, and does not make me poop. I also take time release Vitamin C and Berberine daily.
Which brand of time release Vitamin C can you share?
Yes which brand please.
