    I start my day with this every morning. I do it 4 times and follow up with the "8 minutes from my xtreme burn 2 dvd" another 4 times. I mastered all the moves, downloaded the music on my voice recorder and get a great 1 hour plus workout. I'm 57 years old and very fit, thanks to Phill.

      where did you buy the DVD for it? I want to buy it but my laptop keeps saying it's a scam so I don't know if it true?

      @@65lorvely l did not buy the DVD. I downloaded the videos into my ipad from TH-cam. I then recorded just the music into voice recorder on my phone 4 times each.

    The training is very good, the hip hop style is all I need. Now it's me and three more in front of the TV. Small apartment, but worth it. All the family.

    I started today! I have never worked out and really enjoyed it, but this is amazing and he is so encouraging and he pushes you. I will do this workout everyday now for my wedding also just to feel good and be healthy. “Don’t Stop, Don’t Quit”💪🗣🗣🗣

    I downloaded this workout a month ago n started training about three times a week. I have noticed a tremendous increase in my butt n hips.... I couldn't love this workout any less... very effective

    I started doing this about twice a week. Three months ago and it was tough but three months late I went from 234 to 209!!!! I still feel fat, but I know I can keep going. My short goal is 199 and long goal is 160. I'm eating good, but less and making healthier options and cooking at home more. In a rush I eat healthy fast food options.

      I'm going to try this tonight. I have back issues, but the doctor says I'm strong and should work on strengthening my core. I'm 45 pounds from my first goal.

    I started it just 2 wks ago I do it twice a day one in the morning and just before bedtime I can see changes I use to be out of breath when I go up stairs not anymore l get bored doing long exercises but this 9 min love it

      @@cintiafranco216 olá tudo bem todos execício faz bem para nosso corpo, mais aparti da hora que começamos a fazer, temos que cuidar também da nossa alimentação, só o exercício não adianta. Mais nesse momento foi bom pra mim porque estou um pouco de premida, a música mais a voz dele mim ajudou foi como um remédio. Eu já levanto cedo pecorro 10km todos os dias tô bem melhor 😍
