    Just what l needed I'm a burnt out NHS worker who felt on the brink. Times are hard and everyone should meditate. I'm going to try and meditate every day.

    I loooove your voice, I normally find it very difficult to let go, (ptsd) but with your voice I succeed! 🐌🐌

    Coming from a place where I suffered severe health anxiety this felt amazing . I need to do more of these , I did feel A little resistance but this is exactly what is needed in my life so I can trust my body again ! Thank you

    These are awesome meditations Alex you have a very calming hypnotic voice. Could you maybe do a meditation on trusting the body's power to heal itself and the power of mind/body? Sometimes I lose that hope in recovery. Cheers

    I have been doing your meditations for almost two weeks now. I am already noticing a difference in my outlook. I've tried to meditate for years but have been very sporadic with my efforts. Often feeling like I'm doing nothing and "should" be doing something. You've assisted me in realizing that I am in fact doing exactly what I need to do. Thank you.     Thank you Alex for these mediations I love them all they help so much I do one twice a day since doing the 21 day challenge it has put me on the right path. The sleep meditation are great at night. Your words have become my mantra every time my stress levels starts to rise "Where the mind goes energy flows" really resonates with me so thank you so much

      Have just removed- thanks for flagging! We had some unintended changes on the channel but mid-rolls should all be removed now!

    Hi Alex,
    I listened to your podcast with Raelan and had a question.
    There are a lot of people including yourself who recovered using brain retraining and calming the nervous system.
    In the podcast, you gave an example about slowly climbing out of energy/atp debt and I found it confusing. Are we trying to build our energy/mito bank account by calming the body and reducing energy debt or are we rewiring our way out of the "danger response" which frees up vital energy back to the body?
