      I'm working thru it at this time, too, Suzannah,,and I sort of am stagnant on STOP..so, naaaaaaaa, I doubt you'll be last at the finish post , besides, Alex keeps saying how it is self work, not shelf work, and lifetime., lifelong ...at your own pace . I, too, love Alex doing the meditations and wish, keep asking, for more to be made ,available, to purchase, download, so I can make an offline copy
