Why does every meditation have to be about the body and breath? Is there a meditation that is not slow and soft like a con artist and that DOES NOT MENTION OUR BODY, Breath, muscles? It seems there is no one skilled to be different - every meditation or junk on mindfulness is about breathe and body. I do not want to meditate on a contaminated body.
