    Just what I needed. Thank you. A welcome relief from the relentless pursuit of deciphering whether to push on or rest. Learning that sometimes it’s ok not to know and to just sit with what is.

    I enjoy this meditation. It’s good to concentrate on the basics, sometimes less is more.

    This is absolutely brilliant. Never I have I been able to access such softness, opens and freedom in meditation and the present moment as in these 10mns of meditation.
    Time seemed to stop, I was able to enter another, timeless dimension, where space and time are eternal.
    Answers came to me regarding things I’d been struggling with in the simplest and most inspiring ways.
    Thank you so much, I’ll be using this mediation regularly
