But when wanting to retain or build muscle in a deficit, protein is key, especially drinking water and training harder. As long as you’re hitting ur protein intake for the day and staying in that deficit you will guarantee lose weight regardless how many carbs or fats you consumed. Being overly strict increases your chances of falling off the diet; 95% of diets fail.

Not really. Could be my experiences but eating below your maintenance calories is not necessarily guaranteed all you need to lose weight. Calories in calories also mean what are you doing besides just sitting and laying bed. Lol ithought I would lose weight but didnt.
Anyone that shops at Aldi, they have a really good keto bread from Loven. I throw the loaf in the freezer and toast it as needed. Very high protein and net zero carb if you’re into that sort of thing. Good source of fiber and low calorie.

I make my own. I like to order the flour and olive oil I use from Italy. The flour won't have all the estrogen mimicking chemicals in it. Professor Tyrone Hayes did some great research on these chemicals

Carbs are essential and beneficial when working out. What matters is that you are in a deficit which can be accomplished through exercise and food or a combo. My favorite bread is Genesis bread with no added sugars no Ultra processing chemicals and it's made from all types of seeds and beans. It's a sprouted type bread that's flourless and has a little bit of protein healthy carbs and fiber as well
Schmitt Old Tyme 647 bread is another good one. They have wheat, white, multi grain, and italian flavors. If you just can't live without white bread ; it has 6grams carbs, 40 calories per slice, 7 grams fiber, and 13g fiber.

It takes about 10 minutes to hold a 10 dollar handheld automatic whisking blender to whip the egg whites, and another 25-30 minutes in a baking pan with lightly greased parchment paper at 375 Fahrenheit. You can use TH-cam in one hand while you whip up the egg whites in the other. And liquid egg whites are cheap. Put a couple dashes (shakes) of cream of tarter in the egg whites too. That's it. Makes as much bread as you can handle. Super easy. Works in an air fryer too. Throw in your vanilla protein powder if you want it a little bit sweet. Or use banana flavor to make banana bread. Too easy, and frees up your cals for more variety in your sandwich. Use choco protein with some cocoa to make brownies. It's a very versatile way to make great tasting bread at home with good macros. It's not hard to make.

Aldi keto bread spikes insulin. Test your blood sugar 30mins after just 1 slice and you’ll see it’s not good for you.
