The Healthiest Bread To Buy In 2020 - Sprouted, Keto, & Gluten Free

  • Have you noticed how many bread options are the grocery store? Most of them are made with enriched wheat, preservatives, and more. I really want you buying the best bread on the market, and that means eating whole grains(if you eat grains), that are sprouted. If you are keto, base culture is the best low carb I have tried, although it's pricey. If you are gluten free, look for breads made with whole grain gluten free grains, not simple carbs like potato and rice flour. Daily videos coming at you all month long, hope you enjoy! Mad love..Bobby, Dessi, Rose, and Art! XOXO

THANK YOU for making these videos, recipes and for linking your AMAZON store so we can all eat healthier!! Or at the very least have a better understanding of what we should avoid when we can and why.🙌🏼

Hi Bobby, since the last bread video you uploaded I have been buying killer bread. Our family loved that bread so much. The ingredients are great and healthy. But the only thing that bothers me is the sugar is 5 g. Should we still eat it? I have been cutting back sugar for almost 2 months , and I am very careful when I choose what to eat specially on the amount of sugars they put in it. My 8 year old son is a big fan of yours, he always tells me not to watch any of your videos until he is back home from school. He doesn’t want to miss any of your videos, and surprisingly the kids start to have healthy choices on foods recently, every time we go to buy some snacks my 8 year old always asks me to check if there are any natural flavors. And One more exciting thing that I found out is even if some of the items I bought according to your video seems pricy, when I calculated the cost on our foods, the cost is actually lower than before you know since we don’t want to buy any of those sweets and junk snacks. The foods we buy now are getting healthier and more high quality. Your video is benefiting not only me and my kids. It is very important to educate the kids about the healthy diet starting from very young age. And you actually helped us with that. Thank you so much.

When I was young we would go to the bakery and buy half a kilo of French bread...every day. We’ll spread real butter on it and a piece of cheese. We’re all thin and healthy and worry free! Now you need to be a certified dietician to buy a loaf of bread and at least 2 hrs to figure out which one to buy! Life, for some people, it’s waaaaaay to complicated!

Life is complicated. It always has been. But once you have a bread that suits you, problem solved. For example, you don't even need to look at white bread, or any bread with enriched. Problem solved. Frozen only. That eliminates a whole isle of breads. Not that complicated. Nothing wrong with educating yourself.

When you were young bread didn't have sugar as the second ingredient listed in it. Hell, there are no bakeries around my old neighborhood anymore, and in most European countries American bread can't even be called bread, lol.
We used to be able to walk to a grocery store, multiple bakeries, asian and mexican stores, pharmacies (yes multiple), all with a wide variety of vegetables, actual butchers, etc... Now, there are liquor stores on every corner, and walmart.
      It's a different time.

Do you have any recommendations for which milks are good to buy? Which brand of Almond milk is better than others? I love watching your show. I can’t find your cookbook in our local Costco- but maybe soon since you said they are expanding. I have introduced your vids to my mom, my daughter and her boyfriend. They all love your informative and educational videos. We are all shopping and eating healthier thanks to you.

Dave's Killer Bread Powerseed is my favorite, it's the most balanced in nutrition, price, taste and shelf life.

Nick Buis, I agree. It’s the only bread I eat!

Each slice has 6g of sugar tho! Taste might be good, but the sugar automatically makes it a no for me

@@najibs actual total sugars is 2g and it has one of the lowest net carbs

Nick Buis my mistake...here in Canada at Costco Dave’s Killer Bread was rebranded as a Kirkland brand and has 4g of sugar per slice. However the Dave’s one still found in some stores is a lesser 2g per slice. Strange

The Angelic Bakehouse bread shown in the beginning of the video has natural flavor.

I love your video and the very valuable information you taught me. I bought the Food for Life spouted bread. Do you keep yours in the freezer or do you refrigerate it? Thank you in advance.

I’m confused about Dave’s Killer bread. The label says no artificial preservatives but it lasts unrefrigerated for a long time.

It might have salt ...salt is a very good preservative... that's how the sailors were able to preserve Meats when traveling for 6 months in the ocean
