Lili's snake edge in T7 has the same disgusting crushing but thankfully it is several frames slower.

But you have other snake edges which are i26-i28 in T7 (Bryan's is i29 and Lili's is slowest at i30, same as Feng's) and have similar crushing properties...
@@munem939 True...Lili's just comes to mind because I was fighting one the other day and her snake edge evaded AKs df2. I went to practice mode and it evades lots of mids from AK. I'm sure Katarinas and even AKs db3 can evade mids occasionally.

you'll be surprise PS3 was capable of running that game, everything is beautiful in TTT2, for example hair physics.
Hair textures and physics were indeed highly superior to Tekken 7.

Ttt2 is sandbox tekken. If you believe the more complex a game is, the more fun there is to be had, then try it out.

So what the devs seem to have did here was make Lili's snake edge a lot faster and removing the launch-on-hit property, but then forgot to remove it when they copied the move onto Sebastian. lmao
I think they were trying to mold Sebastian after Dark Resurrection Lili with that property and moves like f+2,1+2.

@@JunKazamaFan Ironically, Sebastian's db+4 was molded after T6 Lili (it was around the same speed but launches on normal hit) while TTT2 Lili's db+4 was molded after Dark Resurrection Lili (db+4 in that game was faster but doesn't launch on NH)

Crushing and movement was much greater in the t6 ttt2 game. Stats on paper mattered alot less than in t7
I'm pretty new to tekken, this is the first one i've tried to git gud at. Learning frame data and what not, just reached genbu the other day with Swagunov yay me. So I don't have much for reference, but I feel like the crushing system in the game can be pretty whack sometimes. Kat's low's going under hopkicks and even beating them sometimes, Josie's stupid butterfly edge crushing mid's and lows and her d/f 2 crushing high's. I don't really have a point but man that shit is frustrating at times.

Why call Snake Edge? Isn't it Edelweiss?
It’s classified by its shared animation and properties closely related to Bryan’s so basically any low profile low that normal hit launches is considered a "Snake Edge "
Any low that are reactable visually, staggers when blocked, and have roughly the same animation as bryan's snake edge is also called the same, cause its basically the same move. Its the favorite move of low ranks/weak connection players. But definitely a death sentence of you do it in tournament or locally. Its pretty easy to block tbh.

I remember when d/b+4 didn't have that slow startup. Sebastian has the version from Tekken 6 (seeable but launching on natural hit). Lili's version here is the combination of the worst attributes of DR and 6 (seeable like 6 but also non-natural launch like DR).
They made it 30 frames in T7, 3 frames slower but launches on normal hit.
They should bring this stage back.
Why, oh why, were there so many clone characters in Tag 2?
Tag games are made for fanservice of all kinds.
So you could make a tag team of two characters with two clones. So you didn't have to learn two characters to be good, when learning one is hard enough.
Because ttt2 had every character from the series. It's not like Namco decided right then and there which characters would have clones.
Because they needed a bigger roster unlike the canon games

Clone Jun? Most of her moves were unique to her.
She was mostly unique compared to Asuka but there was also Unknown who was Jun's clone (but with projectiles).

So MainMan I was playing ghost battle yesterday and I wanted to fight a golden forest law and marshall law (which was a huge mistake) so when the fight started the forest law cpu just spammed his barrage move over and over and I even had the game on easy. He just spammed barrages kicks did part 1 of dragon tail and then I lost. That's why I hate this game sometimes because of it's bullshit ai
