I have made comments about Honda prices on this channel before and this is particular trim is the highest priced Civic I have ever seen, apart from the Type R. Huge zonk on lack of connectivity and vents in the rear. It’s a great car if you’re ok with paying dang near 40k once tax, title, license, and those dealer add-ons are added to the price. Great review as always Tom! I’m 6’2 and have plenty of room in my ‘24 Civic hatch and it’s very comfortable on a long road trip.
Backseat vents etc, just something for my kids to argue over. Hvac works just fine from the front to heat/cool the rear seat area and 6ft usb-c chords are cheap to reach the back if needed.
People dont want to accept how far the Honda Civic and Honda itself has come. They're one of the few brands that still truly care about customer opinion and input. 35k is so worth the price of this car, especially when New toyota is failing on a lot of people . While most other brands have proven untrustworthy
I have the sedan in this same trim line. Love the car! Great combo of performance and gas mileage! Empty nester so don’t care about lack of back seat amenities!
I'm having the hell of a time choosing between this or the sonata n-line for my son for college... both offer everything he wants and I'm tying to think what would be a better fit. Seems like it will come down to the dreaded price
Honda has been pricing their vehicles like premium brands for a while. A $35k Civic should have all the bells and whistles most buyers expect at that price, rear AC vents, rear USB-C and ventilated front seats for sure and at least a 10 ro 12 inch infotainment screen . By the way, that color doesn't work for me on a compact car.
Toyota litterally has had more recalls in the past couple years than honda. Also let's not forget Honda chose to put out the recall, Toyota had no choice.

Thank you for watching and taking the time to give feedback. I appreciate it!
Vents on a compact car? It's not Suburban where AC has to reach back passengers.

I remember this was the price where you can get a fully loaded 2.0 turbo Accord... But it is good car though, the price just gone up so much.

Nice I like it
Literally looks like somebody took the blueprints off the 1992 Toyota Corolla Seca Hatchback and just re-made it with modern tech
It looks nothing like it other than being a hatchback.
@@DBCOOPER888 Looks exactly like it for 2025
@@DBCOOPER888people love to reach massively far to diss a car
I would buy this car over the sedan just because of the extra space it saves gas and 200hp for a civic is great 👍

thank you for the video. Can I get a 2025 civic hatchback LX in none hybrid?
yes, the hybrid is only available in the top 2 trims
R40 tires are not gonna work for a lot of folks.

I like it but it's too expensive. The cheaper trims come with those ugly gray wheels. I'd just buy a Toyota Camry hybrid instead.
$35,000 for that recall turd is outrageous.

I spent too much time in Iraq, cuz all I see is humvee tan
NO!!! STEERING AND FUEL SYSTEMS RECALLS!!!!!!
Good thing about recalls is they are free to repair! Then you’re good to go…
Honda is the recall king
You do realize all car companies have recalls Toyota litterally has been throwing out recall after recall this past year or 2.
