FYI the printed recipe says 2/3 scoop of whey protein but the video says 2/3 of a cup.. 20 grms is actually weighed to 1/3 of a cup only. I added 2/3 of a cup like the video said and the bread is still very good but would probably have been a bit lighter if I used the actual 20 g measurement.

Umm this could totally be used to make a similar taco bell chalupa. Before my keto days over 2 years ago I used to make a mock taco bell chalupa by using the traditional naan fried up....
I made these with sheep yogurt instead of mozzarella and added a little psyllium husk: they turned out all right though baking time increased slightly to about 8 minutes with another two once you flip them along with a short broil.
I do naan bread but i add also pecorino cheese and less almond to reduce carbs, so no need salt gives better taste, might be personal preference😋 understood with cream cheese or soft cheese gets so sticky🤔, ciao😘

I like how you mention good old metric weights after giving cup and spoon servings... could you do the same with oven temperatures?
For oven temperatures you can easily divide the F temperature in half and that'd be your C temperature (give or take). 375F = 187C
