      Excellent! Cup measurements are not the same across the world, grams are. Buy a kitchen scale for 10/15 dollars and never look back.

    FYI to your readers…when I came across your video, it really looked great but I didn’t have yogurt. I decided to use cottage cheese since I wanted to try it out right away, and worked out great as an alternative.

      Good tip - I have the exact same situation with cottage cheese but no yogurt. Also, just adding cottage cheese when making scrambled eggs is really good of you like cottage cheese - prolly will kill all the probiotics in the cottage cheese if you have that kind though.

    Garlic powder in the mix, and onion powder too, really add to the flavor. Then a good sriracha sauce to taste for additional flavor! Trust me! I was doing this 50 years ago but I was using cast iron skillets and cooking it stovetop. I didn’t know anyone else did this. All my friends thought I was nuts. I kept doing it though.

    The recipe from the channel's website:
    Beat 3 eggs
    Stir in:
    ¾ cup/185 grams plain Greek yogurt (do NOT use regular yogurt, it is too watery)
    1 cup/120 grams mozzarella, shredded
    dash salt
    dash pepper
    ¼ tsp Italian season optional
    Spread out on approximately 13"x12" baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    Bake in preheated oven at 415F / 212C for 19-21 minutes until golden brown.
    Let cool 5 minutes.
    Cut into slices or squares for serving. Tastes great with freshly grated parmesan, feta cheese, and/or melted butter.

      @@dessertstorm7476 a quick fix would be strain the yogurt for a little while beforehand (clean fabric cloth method works well) to reduce the water content.

      total: 690 kcal (one flat-bread) ; if devided in nine slices: each slice: 77 kcal. ( 65 according to recipe, not to far off)
      compared to "normal" yufka (just flour, water and salt) ; 4x flatbread recipe
      component weight(g) Kcal
      flour 300 1020
      water 200 0
      salt 0

      1020
      one 255
      so yeah, one flatbread compares 255 (flour) vs 690 (keto). that said, the keto probably tastes better with the cheeses fat and it is generally more mass because you have to make it thicker to be stable compared to the flower one. but if you want for example one bread for a dürüm or smth, just by kcal you are better off with a thinner flour one (while the otehr ingredients of the meal make up for the rather dry a chewy bread). if you wanna eat it alone the keto version tastes prob much better.
      btw an entire dürüm (400g; chicken meat) has about 700 kcal. i would rather eat that than the keto fledbread.

      ​@@kliersheedCalories have nothing to do with long term weight control. The key to long term weight control is retraining your body to use insulin correctly.
      Once you get yourself out of insulin resistance, the cravings are almost nonexistent. This leads to eating less food over time which has a side effect of calorie reduction.
      To win the game long term you have to do whatever it takes to avoud any type of blood sugar spike.
      I've lost 115 pounds since March 4th with a combination af keto and fasting.
      I don't have cravings anymore. In fact I have to set an alarm on my phone to remind meyself to eat. If I don't I end up eating 1 meal a day, or forgetting to eat and having to eat a quick meal right before bed.

    i made this but i used cottage cheese instead of yogurt to see how it turned out... iI also put tablespoon of dried basil and 1 teaspn powdered garlic...turned out great....now I want to make it with the yogurt and compare. thanks for the recipe. and i subscribed also.

    I tried this today! Didn’t have yogurt so I used cottage cheese. Also I didn’t use mozzarella I only had Parmesan. It was amazing! Used it to make some Keto Chalupas. Thank you 🙏

    Ludmila, I just made this (and gobbled the WHOLE thing up) and it was INCREDIBLE. I used sour cream instead of greek yogurt and it worked fine for me. Before serving I brushed it with melted garlic butter (just added garlic powder to melted butter) and holy. freakin. moly. Tasted EXACTLY like pizza restaurant cheesy garlic bread. Wondering if I should stop myself from making this every day, or just give in and enjoy it 😂 thank you!!!

    I used a block of cream cheese, softened 30 seconds in the micro instead of yoghurt. Also used my blender and added an egg because they were small. I threw in a pocket of yeast to see if it would taste like bread instead of egg.
    I am happy with my first effort. Its less work than Chaffles and I think its more durable for sandwich and pizza.

    Thank you so much for this recipe! I tried it this afternoon, added a dash of garlic powder and more mozzarella cheese than what the recipe calls for, baked it for 21 mins., then added my low carb pizza sauce and toppings, in to the oven for another 9 mins at 415 F and Voila! My husband and son asked for a second one and good thing I have all the ingredients. So easy to make, no eggy taste and really delicious! My 8 year old son said we don’t need to buy pizza from our favourite Keto store anymore. Make sure to use a low moisture mozzarella cheese. Again, thank you for sharing this recipe♥️

    Great recipe, If you really want to keep the carbs low, replace the yogurt with full fat kefir and add a few minutes to the cook time. For a middle eastern variant, add some turmeric, coriander and cumin powder, for a Spanish variant add paprika. (Also beat the eggs before adding any salt, if you add the salt before beating the result holds together less well).

      @@kittensmitten3287 Full fat Kefir is 4% carbs by weight, so quite low. A small glass, which I have every morning, is just 2g of carbs. That leaves me with about 10g of carbs for green salad and some vegetables and I hit 12g of carbs. I can still eat a lemon and various meats and/or fish and I stay well under 20g, including a serving of this recipe, made with kefir.

    Before going low carb, I used to love eating a Greek pita or naan-bread with a couple fried eggs (seasoned with salt, pepper and chili flakes, yolks-broken, then flipped over for full cooking). I'm going to try this recipe with my eggs, as a substitute. Looking forward to it! Thank you!

    I used sour cream instead of yogurt (Hood brand is only
    1 carb for 2 Tbls )
    This has got to be the easiest thing I ever made
    It is delicious and does not taste like egg

    I added caraway seeds

    Spreading it thin and letting it “crisp up” sounds pretty good! It might make a dip-worthy chip.

      If it had a bit thicker batter you could make "potato" chips with it.
      If you find a thicker version of the batter you just need a cake frosting piping bag.
      Sprapy your baking pan with no carb nonstick spray or use butter.
      Use a flat tip on your piping bag.
      Squirt out potato chip sized amounts on to the baking sheet.
      Bake.
      If you aren't doing keto you can make real potato chips the same way. ( Edit: out of instant potatoes)
      I plan on trying it with some kind of cauliflower mixture.

      @@manuka7313 I am currently on a 60 day water fast. I have not tried it but it did it with potato as a child so I bet cauliflower will work fine.
      Psyllium hust could be used to thicked it. There are no net carbs in Psyllium husk.
      I will buy some cauliflower soon and experiment using my family as Guinea pigs. 😊

    With so many darn keto/ketevore/carnivore recipes for pizza crust or flatbreads (even tortillas) it is hard to find one that doesn't have at least very hard to find (or cost prohibitive - egg white powder) ingredient, or an ingredient I don't want to eat (almond flour). This looks exactly what I've been looking for. Thx for this! Once I make it I will report back.

    I am a carnivore but I do enjoy my cheese. There are so many carnivores out. There are so strict that they won't even eat cheese and yet. I still lose my way and feel great.

    Delicious! The cooked recipe falls and thins as it cools -- it has a firm texture like flatbread and chewiness like bacon. Very filling on its own. I added dill and "nooch." Was too salty with added 1/2 teaspoon of salt. My oven set at 450° was way too hot (burning around the edges, will try 425° next time).       If you havent get an oven thermometer. Its not uncommon for ovens to be wildly off in temperature vs what you set it at. Ive had one that was 30 degrees hotter than what I would set it and overcook things every time until i checked it against an oven thermometer and adjusted for the difference.

      I love the eggy taste, but the more prominent note is cheese, delicious. I add dill too. I set temp at 415 F and everything is great. I also poured into 9x13 glass pan to get a more level, uniform rectangle to cut into strips. I thoroughly enjoy in the morning with dollops of Greek yogurt (that I mix with freshly ground flaxseed and grated ginger). New break fast routine, love it -- Thanks so much for the recipe!!

    i do something like this with plain ole shredded cheddar. I just sear it in a pan the point of toasting, where it goes from melty back to kinda springy and dry. When i first discovered it I called it an 'inside out omlette' because i would toast the cheese then throw an egg on top and then fold it over and cook the egg inside of it.

    Nuts are also full of Oxalates. As a carnivore since April of last year, I have gotten my blood work done. In January I got it done and my oxalates were very high. How can this be? I don’t eat nuts I don’t eat green food for more reasons than one. The answer? Dark chocolate I made keto chow fudge with Lillys dark chocolate in December and munched on it, causing my oxalates to be high. And it can also be caused from nuts.

      You have elevated numbers of oxalate in your blood being carnivore because your body started dump them into blood from saved places . It's a good thing but some ppl very reactive to it , it looks like you ate something full of oxalate . It will pass.

    My suggestion. I always make variations of these kind of Keto 'breads' but I always add some instant bread yeast to them. It is the only way that they may come out somehow closer to taste like the real thing.

    I made two batch. the first one was completely ruined, because first I used hand mixer, instead of hand, which made it surprisingly watery. I dunno maybe my Greek yogurt wasn't firm enough and also I heard 450 instead of 415. so the result was this weird pancake omelette thingy. but, the second batch I actually did it with hand, I used a lot of seasoning and made it on stove top instead. this one was interesting. not bread, but some sort or wrap. it tasted good.

      @@lowcarbabode This turned out for me much like yours. It was VERY moist, and I left it out on a cooling rack to cool and dry out a bit. It tasted good, not "eggy." I think this will make for a good bread substitute for me. It's easier to make than many keto bread recipes, and it's not too expensive, either. Thank you, Low Carb Abode!

    So I tried this, it honestly tastes great. The issue I'd say is texture, it's essentially a giant cheese omelette. So not a true bread substitute. I'd adjust expectations accordingly. But definitely happy to have it on the menu. Great with Indian carnivore recipes.

    Well, I tried it. My verdict is that it looks better than it tastes. It doesn't have a bread like texture, consistency or mouth feel at all. You can't even really call it bread. I wasn't a fan of the taste either and ended up forcing down 1/3 of it and throwing out the rest. I didn't enjoy a single bite but felt I had to eat some after paying all that money for the Greek Yoghurt, mozzarella and eggs (none are cheap). Oh well. They can't all be winners.

    Just a little tip. I usually have standard yogurt. It's JUST 2g more than Greek yogurt 4g per 100g of Carbs so it's not bad. If you have standard yogurt you can sieve it through muslin (I use a piece of an old t shirt if I don't have muslin) IN a sieve and leave it in the fridge overnight and a lot of water will drain and leaves the yogurt thicker. Just a thought.

      @@harvelle2432 That’s what that protein powder is made from. whole milk only has 3.4 g of protein per hundred gram most of which is casein.Casein is slow assimilating and not optimal post workout. You do what you want but you’re throwing away the most valuable bit of protein in its raw state

    I've been looking for another bread replacement. The low carb bread from trader Joe's is made from yeast, cheese, eggs and cauliflower. It's good but rather expensive. This looks like a better and cheaper alternative. It might be good too if a bit of yeast was added to help it rise a bit.

    3 eggs
    ¾ cup Greek yogurt*
    1 cup mozzarella shredded
    dash salt
    dash pepper
    ¼ tsp Italian season optional
    Preheat oven to 415 °F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
    In a medium bowl, whisk up eggs. Add Greek yogurt and stir together to a smooth batter. Stir in mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning if desired.
    Pour batter onto your lined baking sheet. With a spoon or spatula, spread batter into a thin oval or rectangle of about 13×11 inches. Bake for 19-21 minutes until golden brown.
    Let flatbread cool down for 5 minutes. Cut into slices or squares for serving. Tastes great with freshly grated parmesan, feta cheese, and/or melted butter.

    I made it yesterday for my son and me, with emmental cheese (no mozzarella at my local store). It was okay, more like an omelette, and reminded me of the taste of banitsa (if there are any Bulgarian here), which also has cheese, yoghurt and egg. It was good with ham, not so much with sweet stuff. I think I won't make it again though, because the problem with any kind of 'bread' is that you tend to spread things on it, which adds up calories quite quickly, and I am trying to lose weight. But it was fun to make, so thanks!

      contrary to popular belief you can eat keto breads and still lost weight! Shocker i know but its all about moderation and not denying yourself of everything because its easy to overdo it.

      @@lovescamaros1 I am not aware of the popular belief you mention, I just meant that bread is a side dish, so it's not ideal, at least for me, when you want to control your calories intake. Everyone is different I guess. Have a beautiful Sunday.

    I have been making the same recipe, but using cottage cheese, and duck eggs, much more nutrition than chicken eggs.
    But greek yoghurt has less carbs than cottage cheese because it is fermented longer, greek yoghurt is also half the price of cottage cheese, so I am going to try it.
    With cottage cheese it is always delicious, I expect yoghurt will taste good too

    You could expand on this recipe and show different ways to use it! I’ve been doing this with pork rinds and cream cheese but I’ll have to try this version out since it’s much simpler
