I absolutely hate complicated keto bread recipes with like 10+ ingredients, which is why I love yours. Yours is so sweet and simple and makes it easy to live a keto lifestyle. A lot of the videos you have posted have help me my blood sugar low since I'm a diabetic. I was diagnosed with diabetes at 17 with a blood sugar of over 230, but thanks to you I have been able to keep it sub 100 without the use of medication or insulin.
Being doctor myself, I was little worried to start keto diet, but somehow wanted to reduce my weight at any cost as I am a diabetic. Your recipe are just next level as you try to maintain the nutrition without compromising on taste and flavor. Great work. God bless.

Ok, so I watched this video this morning and couldn’t stop thinking about this bread all day... I made a double batch. I made some plain, some with olives tomatoes onions and bacon bits...as well as some stuffed with cheddar cheese....they so amazing...thank you so much for all your hard work...I am so addicted to your recipes....thank you from Canada 🇨🇦 Cheers
I have started keto diet about 1 month ago and I have lost 8 pounds and I was doing exercise and dieting but it didn’t work I made paneer roti first times and it did break but I still enjoyed it 😌😌😌
I just tried it and it taste AMAZING! For the filling I used feta cheese with pinch of onion and garlic powder and some oregano leaves.Thank you so much for sharing your recipe with us.
I just made this and it’s amazing. Best Keto Bread type recipe I have tried yet. Very simple to make. I’m not a fan of the coconut flavor so I added thyme and garlic powder. Excellent texture and flavor!!!! Oh and lots of butter in the pan...yum
So happy I found you!! I have lost almost 50 lbs. Since May 2020 On keto and intermittent fasting, healthiest I've felt in 15 years. Anyway, I love Indian food (and the people I've met as well as the music and movies). I have stayed in Northern India a couple of times, and you've brought back so many wonderful memories. Thank you!
Awesome recipe. Some observations: Website says 8g Psyllium (= 2 TEAspoons), Video says 2 TABLEspoons. I've tried both with NOW brand psyllium. 2TB, the look and texture was very much like naan. 2TSP (8g), the batch was thinner and more like soft taco shells. Both types were delicious. Ghee neutralizes the coconut flavor and makes crispier edges more than nonstick spray (I like either). I only use about a 1/2 cup to 3/4 of warm water. A full cup is way too much. Part of what is so great about this recipe is that is so flexible; it doesn't require exact measurements for good results. And there's room for experimentation. Thank you!
TheWushuliu how much coconut flour did you use? I followed the video and mine came out gooey not sure where I went wrong. It definitely was not bread like or taco like.
Thanks for such amazing channel I have followed your recepies and lost 20 kg on keto . I not only love keto but I recommend your channel to those who ever ask me how did I do keto as it's very complicated. My answer is always go to headbangers kitchen and you'll find all answers.. once again thanks for helping everyone.....
Thank you! This has become on of our go-to recipes. I've lost 40 lbs since September and the husband has lost 35. You make cooking fun and flavorful again. I just finished making enchiladas with these. So freaking awesome! Rocking it keto style 😁
You have made my keto journey come to life! Absolutely love your recipes, your energy and humour! You were born to be a TH-camr! Big fan from UK, 🇬🇧 Wishing you continued success!!
Oh god I love the nerdy references!! Thank you for experimenting with this for us! I can't justify my cheat days if I can make naan and paratha at home now. Thanks for keeping me keto!
This recipe is DELICIOUS! I have made it before and we all enjoyed it- so tonight I actually made it into personal pizzas! They were AWESOME! Thanks for all your great recipes- I really LOVE them and they have really helped me to branch out with my Keto and low carb cooking here in the US!
You are the king of keto...nobody is as versatile as you in keto. Thai...Indian...Italian...Desert ...just name it and you have it...My husband has lost around 10kg weight with just your recipes...I m wondering why you left keto...this is your talent...you have come out with every possible dish in keto...anyways I m happy that this channel is going on...We can continue to enjoy keto recipes...keep rocking🤘🏻🤘🏻
OMG, OMG... You are amazing! Totally agreeing with you about most of the keto recipes over the internet being poor replacements, bad tasting versions of the actual recipes. I am adding hot water to your recipe (makes it pliable and looks just like a regular dough) and put some Feta cheese into that dough and make some amazing traditional Romanian cheese "pie-like" things........delicious.....thanks and I hope you'll keep making these great recipes and I can keep adapting them to my own taste.......
This recipe is a total desi life saver! My husband absolutely loved it. He’s really attached to proper desi foods like naans and parathas, so it’s hard to please him with keto recipes. It’s very rare he approves of a ketogenic recipe, so your recipe of the keto naan is kind of a big deal! Thank you 😊
Dear Headbanger , when I first heard your voice it grated and I told you . I apologise now unreservedly . Your recipes are great and AT LAST I have found a bread that doesnt have eggs. Just love that voice ~~~
Just made this (1st time ever making Naan bread). I added some garlic to mine. I think I may have added a bit too much water because the dough was a bit gummy... but I rolled it out super thin to a crepe-like thinness, cooked it in coconut oil and a couple of them (the thinner ones) had crispy edges that were just divine! Also liked that the finished "bread" rolls/folds nicely and doesn't crack. Ate it with some Malai Kofta that I made and it was delicious!!! Thank you so much for this great recipe! Will work on tweaking it next time I make it.
Just made the Uttapam version today with tomatoes, spring onions, fresh garlic, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese....I cooked the uttapam with the veg mix in it and then added more of the veg mix on the top. Oh my, these were delicious....my new favourite lunch!!!!!
I am so happy to find this channel today. Due to my diabetes I recently switched to low carb diet and was missing all the delicious Indian dishes you just mentioned. Thankyou indeed.
I have been cooking Keto for two years and this has to be one of the best recipes I have found. It taste so good and it is very easy to make. My husband just told me tonight that he is so happy that I found this recipe. Used it for soft tacos tonight. Thank you so much for all of your recipes.
I made this for breakfast today. I added mozzarella, fet, olive oil, and a middle eastern herb called za'atar I also used almond flour. OMG. Sooo delicious and simple! This is definitely my new go to recipe I can enjoy with tea or coffee. Thank you so much!
I have missed Indian food while doing keto and this is great that you show us how to make these amazing recipes. I did try keto connects version of the garlic naan like you mentioned and absolutely loved it. Definitely trying out your variations too. 👍
This is the best keto channel I’ve ever been on and I’m not even on keto. The recipes are easy, look tasty and fun. It makes me think being on keto is easy. And the three ingredients is such an amazing idea!
In all fairness, I started watching you because Keto cooking + East Asian (Indian) + Heavy Metal = WHAT?! Who can resist the completely unexpected? And especially with this video - ESPECIALLY with this video - I can't thank you enough. One of my biggest challenges with Keto is that everything I eat is wet... translation, not remotely close to dry; like starchy foods fried/baked/dried, and this one tiny thing was literally keeping me from embracing keto for more than a few days at a time. So I found a few recipes for "keto bread" here and there but they were either eggs disguised as bread or had the texture of sponge cake or were more work than I really wanted to invest into a piece of something dry to eat that wasn't beef jerky. But HERE! I finally found a form of bread that makes me happy, it is fast, it is easy, it is simple and it is Indian... along with the tons of other Indian based other recipes here making keto a lot more palatable than the standard American bacon, eggs, cheese, repeat recipes I find a lot of. (Nothing wrong with it but sometimes, you just want something different in life) Thank you, thank you, thank you. You have no idea what a huge relief being able to make these little naans and parathas are for me. I can finally do this keto without worrying about slipping up because I desperately wanted something dry like a piece of bread for a change. Rock on!
I've desperately been missing toasted bread with my morning coffee - thank you for this versatile naan recipe. Now I can also have a Mexican quesadilla made with Indian naan!😘
I finally made this yesterday and boy it was delllllllicious. Loads of love to you Headbanger's Kitchen - keep them coming. For today it is Almond cheese Dosa.....
hi, I really want to share with you how much your youtube channel helped me in my keto journey ! And how this naan is fantastic. Its part of my life now. You have the best recipes!!!! Big thanks from Brazil!
Saw this yesterday, tried these today: awesome. Time saving, easy to make, great texture and tastes and looks like the real thing. Amazing recipe. Thank you very much!
Half cup of coconut flour, two tbsp phyillium psyllium husk, half tsp of baking powder, one cup of warm water, salt. Mix, rest 15 minutes. Roll between parchment paper. Pan fry with oil.
Very nice! I replaced the 2 tbsp of Psyllium Husk with 1 tbsp of Xanthan Gum because I had no Psyllium Husk, but it still turned out really good :D Thanks! Now I'll have some bread to dip into my curry later on.
The last one with tomatoes looked real yummy . Keto faux recipe making has improved sooo much in the last 3 years . Thanks to you and others working hard perfecting them .. People where making those Ooppsy rolls , way too much work ! In the end I didn't miss bread that much lol These look very Promising :)
Made these today and they are delicious. Its going to be my go to recipe when any kind of bread thing is required. Simple and delicious. Decided to make up pre-measured bagies of the dry ingredients so all I have to do is add the hot water when needed. My worst keto critics loved these too. Thanks Sahil
Sahil, Sorry for the late comment. I made all these flatbread the same week I saw this channel but somehow I forgot to let you know how delicious they were! Btw, I added some chopped green chillies and freshly plucked coriander to the Uttapam filling and it was a bomb 💣 I shall make some again later this evening. Thank you again and God bless 🙏 ❤
sahil thanks for the recipe-it was amazing-filled the gap of nan paratha bread-tried it the first time and I slightly overcooked it and it was so soft and didnt break at all- it was even better than the roti parathas etc-i cooked mines in lurpack butter-
I came to sing the praises of these naans/tortillas. Things that are great about these naans/tortillas: -they are soft -they are pliable -they hav so many uses; naan, tacos, flatbread, mini pizza, quesadillas, pita bread, wraps etc. -they are cheap to make; no oil and u dont need to add 37 eggs -lower cal than a lot of other options -so filling Thank you HK!!
I so need to make some recipes! I love Indian food! My daughter lives in India and I fell in love with all the great food and now how I can make them Keto friendly!
Thank you for this recipe. I have spent several days this week trying other keto flatbread recipes only to have used many expensive ingredients and thrown away batch after batch. These were so easy to make and have a lovely flavor. Thanks again!!!
I made these tonight they came out terrible I don’t know what I did wrong I use the exact ingredients. They came out grainy and undercooked/ overcooked Any tips would be appreciated.
Omg i just tried this pratha, it's super delicious. I am really amazed, cause i don't even like the taste of coconut flour. But this is over the top, like all your recipes that i've tried, i don't taste the cocunut overpowering. I even made a pan-pizza with it. Love it love it love it, thank you
So glad I found this channel , about to have a baby and planning out my keto weight loss recovery😂...your recipes look delicious, look forward to making them👍
I'm going to attempt the impossible. My Beloved is Native American (the other "Indian") and one of his "traditional" foods is Fry Bread. It's pure carbohydrate with some air bubbles and salt and bad fats. But oh, so yummy!!! Anyhoo - I'm going to try and adapt this to the fry Bread. He will be the ultimate judge as he makes REALLY good Fry Bread! I'll let you know how it goes... 🍀
Indian food is my very favorite food !!! I thought I had to give up those wonderful flavors until YOU!!! Thankyou for your stupendous recipes on keto !!! I’m on egg fast but I’m going to start my Indian keto very soon
Thank you! I just made this today. Trying to figure out how to share the pictures. I was craving roti and had it with a fresh Keto cauliflower-cabbage-eggplant bhaji. I was Vegan Keto 🥰
I tried this earlier today.. coconut flour just seems to make any bread based recipe crumble a bit and although the one with peppers was better it doesn't come close to the real thing. That's when I realised... I don't need these substitutes.. I'm happy without my bread, pasta, rice and noodles. I don't need that filler. Three days on cauliflower effing rice and it's just cauliflower.. it tastes of cauliflower. And this naan tastes of coconut and is dry and crumbly. But I'm ok with that. It's not for me but at least I enjoyed giving the recipes a go.
Cropper The Brit I've found it's whatever I add to the cauliflower rice (that I fry in coconut oil). Ie: turmeric, paprika, red chilli peppers flaxes and cumin...yum! Or... cinnamon, nutmeg and flaked coconut w/butter. Also, lemon flakes, ginger, green onion stems and coconut aminos rocks! I stir fry on high.😎
Alas, it does not matter what I am happy with. Bread, Pasta, Rice, Noodles spikes my blood sugar by 80ml, whereas a bread like this will impact me about 3ml or 4ml. I prefer 96 over 164 any day of the week. It is the difference between being normal and pre-diabetic. I have been living low carb/keto for 5 years now and very seldomly do I make something that tastes wrong. It is not hard to do, but it does require planning and that you cook almost all of your own food.
@@BreetaiZentradi it sounds good plz tell me about ur energy levels how u feel my husband is also diabetic and he daily eats wheet bread and weekly eats rice
this was amazing! haven't had naan in years because of gluten allergies. glad this is gluten free and keto friendly ! also glad this is egg free and vegan!
I add crushed garlic, green chillies and cilantro to the dough and make it in the electric tortilla maker.....I adjust the pressure on the machine to make it thick like naan or thin like Dosa...uttapam.. whatever..
Thrilled with how good these are. Just the right amount of fluffiness and chewyness. I pressed in nigella seeds on one and chopped garlic & garlic powder on another. Both cooked in ghee. Delicious!
OMG. I just made these. The plain naan was substantial enough the fold around a spoonful of chicken vindaloo. However I didn’t have any paneer for the Utta so I washed some cottage cheese in a sieve, the little curds were the perfect shape. I used finely chopped spring onions coz that’s what I had and put the cumin in it. It was insane. It reminded me of an English cheese and onion pie. I was literally shaking my head, speechless, like Sahil when it was time to taste. Unbelievable!!
Made you recipe. ABSOUTELY DELICIOUS. I am half Indian born in Canada, so I really miss the naan. This is a keeper for me all the time. You have such an amazing personality. You and your wife.
Have just joined this party of reviews... Great recipe. Just made these for lunch & ate two filled with vegan goodies. Finally, a recipe for naan that actually works, it folds without breaking, does not dry out & so easy to make. Fantastic. Thank you :) Iv subscribed & cannot wait to try more recipes from you. Keep up the good work. You're helping so many people.

People where making those Ooppsy rolls , way too much work ! In the end I didn't miss bread that much lol These look very Promising :)
I thank you for teaching me to make my tortillas, that I miss in Keto...
my pleasure :)
So... Do you just make them thinner for a tortilla style... ?
I adore your channel. Thank you for making it fun and awesome. BEST keto veg channel ever.
Excellent idea!
So I had this idea of cooking videos with metal... and you already have that covered. Good stuff man. Will be trying out your recipes.
Easily the best channel for Keto Dieters. Thank you
Sahil,
Sorry for the late comment. I made all these flatbread the same week I saw this channel but somehow I forgot to let you know how delicious they were! Btw, I added some chopped green chillies and freshly plucked coriander to the Uttapam filling and it was a bomb 💣
I shall make some again later this evening. Thank you again and God bless 🙏 ❤
sahil thanks for the recipe-it was amazing-filled the gap of nan paratha bread-tried it the first time and I slightly overcooked it and it was so soft and didnt break at all-
it was even better than the roti parathas etc-i cooked mines in lurpack butter-
Thanks a Ton. I just love love love your recipes and your hard rock style. Best keto channel ever!
I miss nann on keto . These all sound so delicious . I love cheese and paneer
You are awesome, finally a bread without using a micro wave ❤️
I came to sing the praises of these naans/tortillas. Things that are great about these naans/tortillas:
-they are soft
-they are pliable
-they hav so many uses; naan, tacos, flatbread, mini pizza, quesadillas, pita bread, wraps etc.
-they are cheap to make; no oil and u dont need to add 37 eggs
-lower cal than a lot of other options
-so filling
Thank you HK!!
The naan is an official snack w/coffee for me since I've seen this video. Sometimes with cheese and once with paneer burhgi, delish. Thank you!
Coool. how is the taste though? Is it too sweet? Or coconut-y?
I so need to make some recipes! I love Indian food! My daughter lives in India and I fell in love with all the great food and now how I can make them Keto friendly!
Thank you for this recipe. I have spent several days this week trying other keto flatbread recipes only to have used many expensive ingredients and thrown away batch after batch. These were so easy to make and have a lovely flavor. Thanks again!!!
I made these tonight they came out terrible I don’t know what I did wrong I use the exact ingredients. They came out grainy and undercooked/ overcooked
Any tips would be appreciated.
Omg i just tried this pratha, it's super delicious. I am really amazed, cause i don't even like the taste of coconut flour. But this is over the top, like all your recipes that i've tried, i don't taste the cocunut overpowering. I even made a pan-pizza with it. Love it love it love it, thank you
Did you use psyllium husk or psyllium husk powder?
@@TropiChic the powder
Hi. Was it crumbly and craky
@@muddasarali6913 not at all
So glad I found this channel , about to have a baby and planning out my keto weight loss recovery😂...your recipes look delicious, look forward to making them👍
Made these today. Delicious!! Highly recommend! Will be buying your book on Amazon
Thank you. I'm new to keto and looking for things to make to replace regular bread, tortillas, and such.
It reminds me of my childhood in new delhi, although i've never been to India.
Wat is the second item he mixed with coconu flour
LAVI it’s isabgol
Can I just say I love you and your recipes. You are making keto and cooking fun and not torture. Thank you for your channel!! 💜🎉
🍀
How did it go?
I have an idea! I'm going to mix in chicharron and some with cheese and loroco and they'll be my little keto pupusas 😍
Eliana c.h. Yes, please! I love pupusas and curtido.
es perfecta tu idea gracias por compartirla !!!!
That's immediately what I thought of watching this video.
Omg Lmfaoo this is adorable
Eliana c.h. How did they turn out?! 😀
Indian food is my very favorite food !!! I thought I had to give up those wonderful flavors until YOU!!! Thankyou for your stupendous recipes on keto !!! I’m on egg fast but I’m going to start my Indian keto very soon
awesome! Thank you for the kind words.
Thank you! I just made this today. Trying to figure out how to share the pictures. I was craving roti and had it with a fresh Keto cauliflower-cabbage-eggplant bhaji. I was Vegan Keto 🥰
What else you eat in vegan keto
Coconut flour means coconut powder?
@@BreetaiZentradi it sounds good plz tell me about ur energy levels how u feel my husband is also diabetic and he daily eats wheet bread and weekly eats rice
wow mine were so nice and moist. not dry at all. would have preferred that as it mimics real bread
I'm HOOKED!!!! This is my first time on your channel and I'm SUPER HUNGRY NOW! Love this Keto recipe! Subscribing!
this was amazing! haven't had naan in years because of gluten allergies. glad this is gluten free and keto friendly !
also glad this is egg free and vegan!
glad you like the recipe :)
Super. Added lil coconut milk to bind the dough. Wow
I loved this so much! This guy has such a great method and energy! Rock on!!!
I’m so happy you have a flatbread recipe that doesn’t contain cheese! Thank you!!
Your cheese and broccoli soup is amazing thank you 😋
Seriously u make it so easy to follow the keto diet with ur simple yet tasty recipies
I've missed my grandmother's parathas, I never knew how she made them. Now I might have a go at making them for myself.
All Hail Headbangers Kitchen! You are my hero! I'm just starting keto and love Indian food! And flatbreads. Thank You! Please do more Indian food.
always give the ingredients in your list
Your notes that the bottom of the recipe are very useful and allows one to avoid a cooking disaster! Thank you from Brisbane, Australia
Kudos for the LOTR reference!
I'd done it in my Chicken Tikka video too :)
Made you recipe. ABSOUTELY DELICIOUS. I am half Indian born in Canada, so I really miss the naan. This is a keeper for me all the time. You have such an amazing personality. You and your wife.
Gotta try this recipe ! Watching you enjoying it , is what convinced me!!! Thank you .
“Totally reminds me of my South Indian.... well I’m not South Indian” lmao! Love the recipe I’m soooo excited to try it, thank you so much!!!
These look delicious! Thank you for sharing! ❤
These are delicious! Great texture and if you wrap filling up in them like a tortilla, they don't break apart. Thank you for the wonderful recipe 🤘🏼
