    Thanks Bindu.. I am 69 years old. Left knee pain .నడుము లో గాప్ వుందని చెప్పారు.. నీ excises పడుకొని చేసేవి జాగ్రత్త గా చేస్తున్నా.. నీ healthy breakfast thini four kgs thaggaanu.. కూర్చోని చేసేవి రేపు morning మొదలు పెడతాను.
    ఇప్పుడు 45 days nundi herbal shake తాగుతున్న. ఫైవ్ kgs thaggaanu. Fat తగ్గి, కండ పెరిగింది. ఓపిక బాగా వచ్చింది
    Next month నుండి నే healthy breakfast చేస్తాను. ఇలా మంచి వీడియోస్ చాలా చేయాలని, అందరికీ మార్గ దర్శకురాలు గా వుండాలి అని దేవుడి నీ కోరు కుంటున్నా.
