    I'm AB+, 55 yo and have eaten chicken all my life and am perfectly healthy, so I'll take any of this info with a small grain of salt.

      Take all meat out for 5 days and watch you get sick after eating it. I ate meat all my life as well until I tried being vegan for a week and went back to meat and got extremely sick for a few hours.

    AB+ and vegetarian since i was a child, it wasn't trendy back then and my parents are full on meat eaters. This makes total sense to me, very interesting 😊

    Before I came to the Uk from Nigeria I don’t reject food. I eat anything without side effect. I read about Ab+ food to eat and it never made sense to me until I arrived 9months ago. Since then any no food to eat has great side effect on me like Chicken, Pork meat, whole milk and so on, on the no eat food while the eat food are great to eat. Thanks for sharing Jeffery.

    Thank you so much for this video! I spoke to my hematologist which in fact is a blood doctor, and I asked him for my blood type and he couldn’t give it to me. I was tested for my blood type and found out I was a B type. He never told me a specific diet however, I knew to try to find out things that would benefit me and help me and you, my dear assisted with that. God bless.

      @@jeffreybuttsdds he stated that it was in my files 10 years ago so he will have to look back 10 years back. I thought that a blood doctor would have my blood type at the top of my paperwork from each visit due to the fact that it’s my blood type and he’s my blood doctor. It’s crazy that you have to do research to heal yourself and not depend on the medical field for everything.

    I am AB+…. This was enlightening. Some foods I love are on the “no no” list but I definitely have steered away from beef and chicken. The way my eating habits have just rerouted themselves as I got older is almost spot on to the foods on the “go” list! Thank you for sharing! I’ll take the enigma title. We are universal recipients and have universal plasma!

    So for years my ancestors ate this kind of food and their systems adapted to be perfectly compatible and then my family goes and moves to America where the most common food group is POISON.
    Seriously really interesting how blood types have much more to them than I’ve ever known. Makes me want to dig into where my ancient ancestors hail from and what kinds of lives they lived.

    I’m AB+ and I remember looking this up online. The meat choices were slim, and there is certain seafood we should not eat like shellfish. I remember the list was turkey, rabbit, lamb, mutton. Not a huge list. I tried eating lamb and it’s too gamey for me. Rabbit…I can’t eat Roger. Lol. So I guess it’s tofu, Turkey, and some seafoods for me. Thanks for the video!

    I finally went to get my blood type test completed. AB+ man-o-man do I need to make some changes! I'm a big red meat and pork eater lol....not anymore. Turkey and Salmon it is. I always felt chicken didn't sit well with me and now I know why lol.

    I was happy at first because it said things like turkey and fish and my favorite fresh tuna ( sushi) but then on the veggies and fruit was like what that’s everything I don’t like lol and I love avocado 😞 😢 lol I need to buy the book. Thank you!

    LOL when I heard turkey as the main preferred food for us I instantly had one of those "omg how crazy!" moments cuz I love me some turkey for realzzzzz! ^,^
    Also! A little tidbit of information that could really help ppl (of any and all blood types!) when it comes to deciphering what's good n vice versa is adopting the use of muscle testing(kinesiology) if you're unsure what's causing dietary issues or any type of concerns with food and even a whole range of other things as well! Like supplements n anything else you can think of honestly! It's easy to learn and begin using so I suggest looking it up online and practicing immediately. It has saved me many many times and I really hope others begin using this method to find out for sure what makes your body stronger or weaker. I've noticed many changes concerning my specific diet as I get older so muscle testing has indeed verified many foods that were wreaking havoc on my digestive tract, immune system, lymphatic system and the list goes on and on and on! I use it a lot now n it helps so much I now skip having to go get tested n all just to find out it was something I could've muscle tested for. And yes I still went to get tests done at times just to see if the results were accurate. Let's just say it made some of the more "open-minded" Dr's intrigued enough to look into the practice for themselves. I'm into many holistic health practices and this is just the beginning ppl! Wooo! I love being an ENIGMAAAA! LOL!

    I'm AB neg, most here seem to be AB pos, does that make any difference, probably not. I hate red meat, so I'm good there, but yikes i eat chicken, a no no, seafood & turkey only. The vegetable list some of the items to avoid i eat regularly. Those were a big surprise. This i don't think I would adapt to but the rest would be easy to give it a go. Good video.

    Im O blood type but have an AB daughter i can eat all meat but she needs a vegetarian kind of diet and this is the only diet that works truly

      I'm curious. According to science, Type O shouldn't have Type AB biological children, or were there new developments in blood typing? If your child is Type AB, you're possibly Type B. This could be a learning experience for me.

      @admar6934 Thank you for your info. I'm also looking at my own blood type because I'm Type O and my parents are Types A and AB; science says that isn't possible.
      If I'm Type B, I'd fit my parents' blood types. I'm also aware about paraBombay blood group.
      To know if I'm really Type B, I'd have to go through direct and indirect blood typing.

    I think horse is found in a bologna from Mexico known as Chimex. It may have been an old rumor, though. It was delicious, and the one found over here now is different in taste, but similar.

    Three of my four kids are AB negative. It makes following the diet a bit easier. One of them is highly sensitive to dairy though. If he eats even a small amount of dairy he will be in pain and break out. His naturopathic doctor said if he heals his gut he may be able to tolerate dairy again.

    My son is AB- type! 1% of the world's blood type! My son eats everything! Like if he was going to grow up to be a Chef, it wouldn't surprise me!🤷🏾‍♀️ I know that my son's blood type is extremely rare, but is there any advice that you can give me that can help my son say that " he's full! Like, he doesn't want anything else to eat within the next hour and a half? I appreciate your perspective!

    many foods recommended for a given blood type are not suitable to all genotypes (within that blood type).
    ABs fall under either warrior or nomad genotype ; the only foods namely recommended for type ABs and suitable for both warriors or nomads are: oats, kefir, tuna, grapes, alfalfa, guinness (TypeBase V).

    I’m AB+. I have a horrible digestive system and always have. Im allergic to shellfish so I’m not temped there. I may have to give this diet a try since my stomach always hurts.

    Just found out I'm AB+ blood type. This is very interesting. I eat a ton of the foods I should avoid DAILY and even though I do some form of exercise daily, drink water, and use supplements, I still feel like crap most times. So, this is a HUGE lightbulb moment. I'm sad to let go of my avocado's, coconut, tahini, BANANAS and soooooo much more. But I feel excited about creating a new meal plan. Thank God I can still have peanut butter! Whew. Thanks for this vid. I'm on it. Time to do a science experiment on myself to see what happens. Peace & Love.

    I am AB+. I quite all dairy products. Took me so long to know that i am lactose intolerance. Not quite sure the book is accurate. But stil good to know. I hate my self being AB.. as people usually thinks im weird. 🙄

    As an AB+ blood type I can tell you what's worked well for me. A little note before I begin, ive been vegetarian from birth till 16 years old then i tried a bunch of different diets from vegan, rice and seafood, low carb high protein vegetarian, and to eating meat, fish, dairy and eggs plus lots of veggies
    avoid all carbs except when going out to eat or at an event...eat meat, fish, cheese, butter, eggs and whatever vegetables you want. Keep alcohol consumption to a minimum and when you do drink...just have 1 or 2 shots of scotch or a glass or 2 of wine on an empty stomach, believe it or not you don't need to to get piss drunk on 6+ drinks to enjoy the wind down here and there...fruits are fine just don't eat them all the time because of the sugar. Avoid soy and seed oils i noticed even if following a no carb diet ill have random mood swings and random massive carb cravings with soy and seed oils in the diet...so keep those to an absolute minimum. also I view this as a major plus to basically just following a low to no carb high protein diet...I don't feel the need to drink coffee at all anymore...infact if I do drink coffee it makes me depressed now. The reason I chose this diet is because with the extra b vitamins from the meat, fish and eggs I just feel good, I have great energy, I stay in shape without trying, my testosterone is on the higher end of normal and if I have to go back to back sessions with the wife I can be ready to go back in within a few min at most

    Doesn’t ethnic makeup have an effect too ? Dairy isn’t something that’s normal for Pacific Islanders and it doesn’t sit well with me or anyone in our family. Seafood makes sense but I constantly crave red meat

    Another thing is if you still with a ketogenic diet with a AB positive blood type you will lose weight but a important factor is that our blood type can not break down protein and carbs down at the same time!

    AB+ here and vegan... It is very hard to keep the weight off and I'm realising its because I eat a lot of wheat and corn based products, beans that are no good for me and coconut as well 😅 Thanks for this information. Guess I'm going to be eating a lot more tofu, greens and pineapple 😅💚

    Don't forget to ask your guest if they have a food allergy. It has taken me years to find what works and what to avoid. Does anyone else have a lot of food allergies that could be fatal that were on this list?

    I ate (raw or sashimi) horse meat in North of Japan. It was serve as an appetizer. Came as a surprise since the dinner menu is fixed and the dinner is part of my stay in the ryokan. Taste like red meat.

    Might as well stop eating. I don't like turkey. I like shrimp, avocado, almost all fish except salmon. The only oil I use is coconut oil. Did you go through my pantry to make up a list of foods to avoid?

      Processed meats in the US are carcinogenic. I try my best to eat organic and grass fed meats

    I might have to look at that better. Tofu is not good with me at all! It makes me feel sick.
    But seafood is amazing!!!
    I can verify the pears are so bad. I always vomit when I have a pear. My body is not having that fruit at all!!!

      Me too am ab positive and focus on red mests rice potatoes and butter makes me feel much bettrr i felt worst on vegan and strangely thats recommended for ab

      Do you know how difficult it has been to find AB- people!!! Either we are hiding or we are rare. Any other tips anyone can share? I feel like a million when I fast for a week but I'm not going to continue to starve to feel good

    That kind of hurt. I was happy to see seafood but when you said thr avoid list it names all the good seafood.
