    Loved the Show. Would’ve loved to hear Steve’s complete thoughts. He kept getting interrupted 😂.

    Liked the info but had to give it up. Hard to understand, the O+ kept talking over the other guy and cutting him off. If yours viewers can’t understand what’s the point of the video.

      That’s why he shouldn’t be drinking coffee as a type O. He’s unconsciously aware he has Impulse control issues which coffee makes it worse for type Os.

      A=Agriculture diet
      O=Oldest diet (paleo)
      B=Balanced
      AB=Adaptable

    Yeah no doubt! Also, he’s into science of health and that type of thing, yet kept talking about the middle east is the cradle. We know through genetics that it’s Africa that is the cradle and that there was a single couple that we all came from. It would show in the genes! We know and there’s evidence for this. Embrace the science’ keep the faith if you like, keep the faith to thyself. Please. Damn, like we haven’t heard it all before.
    There’s nothing as useless as an individual saying to you, I’ll pray for you! Yeah that works every time, NOT! Ever!

    I came here because I tried low carb/carnivore diet and was so sick from it. I couldn’t understand it because so many people rave about how good they feel. I am A+ blood type. Going to try the blood type diet for A to see if I feel better.

      O+ here, and I feel fantastic on a Paleo/loose Keto diet (basically meat, fruit, green veg). Absolutely try the A diet. I think this works

    Type As can live longer because the agrarian type foods are more common in today’s diet. More carbs and grains.

  • @EveH-9107
    @EveH-9107 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

    This answers that age old question in why some people thrive in plant based (type As) and others on paleo (type Os). These are the two most common blood types.

      Usually, following an A blood type diet for any type is the most healing short term if you have a disease. However, when you regain health, you should go back to being O or B if that's your type.

    No, it is real. I have a very rare blood type there’s certain things I cannot eat or I get deathly ill immediately and I have had test allergy for food chemicals. I am very allergic to artificial anything very few people in the world have my blood type they said I shouldn’t even be here but let me tell you I came in this world. My mother just entered her seven month pregnancy. I never went home was nine months old, I was transferred to the first children’s hospital. My parents signed for experimental to save my life. They told them not to me. I wouldn’t make it as a child growing up every time they tried to give me an injection for measles or anything 24 hours later I had it so severe I had to be hospitalized so they stopped giving me those shots. They were afraid to give me polio, they were afraid I will get it Every time I will go to a doctor specialist, they couldn’t figure me out. I have neither my mother or my father’s blood type, but had DNA done, and I am their child less than 100 in the world as known people come from the Pyrenees mountains.

      Yes, blood type O is the oldest/ original blood type, hence why Blood type O’s are the Universal donor….that’s what I was taught in Biology.

      I have O blood type. Do not know if it's+ or negative.
      My first daughter had no problem when born.
      Second daughter was in danger of needing complete transfusion...They kept
      her for 3 days under a lamp...
      I was only 20 years old and didn't ask enough questions...

      @@AlidaDiana it maybe the most common but not the oldest. A is the oldest the ABOriginal, Agricultural thats how we supposed to live.

    This is inaccurate. The blood type master Dr. D’damo says that type Bs are the healthiest when they live according to blood type diet. If you look at studies, type B has the highest longevity rates.

    The rhesus baby issie is only. They say causes a problem for the sending and subsequent babies in 2.5% of cases and with a spectrum of symptoms, death being just one outcome but likely extremely take. Having the jab they "offer" to mothers only reduces the already unlikely event of some impact to something like 0.6% so its definitely questionable if it should be taken, we chose now to and all was fine with our second daughter and of course we refused the offer of a vit K injection shortly after birth to our newborns as well as any of these bogus vaccines. Our children are extremely healthy and hardly ever get sick unlike many of the kids around us.

    Thank you for epic conversations! 🫶🏼 I would love to know that your core supplements would be?
    As I’m navigating through healing many health challenges my daily supplement collection and intake seems to be ever growing. Can having too many supplements be problematic or are they relatively safe to take an abundance of supplements? Is more supplements more helpful? Or harmful? Or just down right wasteful? Please share your advice for navigating supplement and signs to watch out for that could be indicators of over use. What are some fundamental supplement combinations to look out for.
