I've watched a lot of reviews for this upgraded product and this is a very good one. I've used the original product for over a year and it performs well, and this upgrade is a huge improvement. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a review on how you can put this device on your trail wrist which actually helped me get where I needed to be at the top of my swing, much more so that when I left it on my lead wrist.
Appreciate that. It’s still something I use often to help change wrist positions. It’s making some tricky subjects easier to see. Any questions hit me up. Right wrist data is available but more limited but I’m similar and often find some changes easier thinking right sided not lead wrist.
This is the best tutorial I have seen for the new HackMotion, I have just purchased it with the pro system as was finding it hard to understand all the data. Great video and a new subscriber.
I have the HM with the core software. I really find it is helping, more importantly, my pro noted that my ball striking was markedly better after using it for a week! I don't want to bog myself down with too much information that I can't understand at the moment but I am toying with the idea of upgrading to the pro software in the next month or so. Your video on Hackmotion is definitely the best I have seen on TH-cam, well done and thanks.
I use the pro version in the video. I was supplied by Hack Motion the device and found that as a coach the pro version gives me the most useable data for coaching but students practicing themselves may find the core or plus model gives much of what they need :)
How do we know if the plus or pro version will help? Also, is the hardware different or is it just a software update? I just purchased one through a facebook add and it was really unclear that there were multiple options. I am a data nerd(work in robotics and ai) so I am not afraid if getting overwhelmed, but it is not clear to me if I will get value from the higher tiers.
@@o13579oo it’s a software change so access is upgradable at a later time if you wish. Pro version gives all the graphs seen in the video, the plus gives access to the putting data but not all graphs. I have another video on how I use the putting features if you’re unsure whether to upgrade to the plus.
How useful is the rotation data. As someone who struggles with too much forearm rotation I was wondering it was worth the upgrade. Does it give you the same green yellow red feedback as the wrists?
@@Snorey similar, as it doesn’t know what’s rotating the sensor it’s not truly just pronation and supination. Imagine you take your posture and point your thumb 90 degrees away from the target, so pronated let’s say 90 for simplicity, well if you supinate 180° it will show that movement, however if you point it 90 away and without rotating the lead wrist you instead turned your body, it would read that as a rotation too. So think of it as measuring the nett sensor rotation and not just arm rotation. Body turn moves the sensor, that’s included as rotation in the reading.
@@Snorey I’ll also add I use it a lot in showing changes in rotation (on the pro version with full graph access) so I am able to see clear differences in rotation patterns. Ask more questions, I’m happy to help.
@@MBSwingworksso basically two guys could have the same data but one with body turned a lot more. What about the ulnar data? Useful or not really something worth the focus? Been trying to decide against the dewiz for a new golfer to use.

Appreciate it :) I’ve more plans I just need to find time to talk about some of the more advanced features we can use too!
Any questions please reach out!
