    I've got the Gen1 device. $300 is not even 2 private lessons. As a 3 handicap, I still struggle with having the club face too open at the top, but not having the feedback of what was weak, standard, or strong was difficult unless I videoed every swing. This has instant feedback. The base package has been worth every penny. Doubt I'd upgrade above that, and unlikely I'll upgrade to Gen2. Everyone that I play with has noticed how much crisper my ball striking is now - and a bit more distance with such solid contact. I've actually struggled to hit a fade because I'm squaring the face so much better. Great support if you have questions. It's half the price of a new driver and a new driver isn't going to fix you contact issues.

    I wish they just sold the device for $295 with basic access, and premium unlock for $50 a year. I would be in for that, but I am very hesitant at the $1000, and I'm out for that reason. Additionally, their pricing feels like they want to be an exclusiveness brand vs a brand for the people. Sorta like a country club vs your local public course, which also turns me off. For me, this product doesn't have enough value to command the high price, but kudos to them for aiming for the stars. I've never researched, designed, manufactured, and marketed a golf training aid so hats off to them for all they've done.

    I'm a 25 handicap, so the base model is good enough for me to at least see if the product helps me out. It was actually $280.00 after a discount. I don't mind paying that for a training aid, it's when you start getting into those $500 to $1000 range where I draw the line. I hope it helps, cause I would love to get my score at least into the mid 80's. Thanks for the great review, very much appreciated.

    One thing not mentioned here is the support you get. Not talking about call in support either. There is a huge library of training videos available and constant emailed information. I've been nothing but impressed with the company so far. I really feel the possibilities with this device is always evolving.

    Agree that the price is a stretch, but when you consider that people will spend $500-600 every year or two for a new driver in hopes of finding a magic wand to improve their game (for a club you use maybe 13-15 shots per round), but won't consider something like this that you can use on 50-60 shots per round depending on their playing capabilities. This is where true game and index improvement happens.

    Any chance hack motion can let people try the device for 6 months to see if spening a 1000 bucks to tell you if your wrist is bowed or not and actually improve your game sounds ridiculous, but hey I'm a hack at golf so what do I know. With hack in the name doesn't sound like it priced for the hacks in mind. Thanks for the video.

      You only need the $300 option. When you need the land of diminishing returns in order to compete at the top, then spend the extra $700. Realistically the top option is meant more for coaches that will use the device for multiple people.

    • @alexriley2553
      @alexriley2553 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@thomastrain7311those guys all put the lead wrist into flexion during the downswing. You can’t arrive at impact with a cupped wrist unless you want to hit high spinny slices. Cupping at the top is okay if you are able to manipulate the wrist more on the way down. Those guys also hit thousands of balls to drill down the timing of flexing the wrist on the way down.
      Golf is much easier with a flat wrist at the top, even if there are a few outliers that don’t have it.

    IDK if another "device" would be helpful in improving my golf game. I tried Arccos and eventually dumped it - knowing club average yardages is enough to adjust to daily conditions. A few Top Tracer Range sessions in a year are probably enough for that. I'm not good enough to use detailed data to make swing adjustments on my own - if I "lose my swing" I need to visit a PGA teacher with the right equipment for instruction. I guess, for me, TMI leads to paralysis by analysis and "keep it simple stupid" is better.

    • @calvin2032
      @calvin2032 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      With this you won't have to think. It is repetition that tells you if your hand is in the correct position or not. Rather than spending money on a PGA teacher every once in a while you can keep using this to maintain. More like always honing your knife rather than having to have it reground and sharpened. To get consistent at golf you need to hit the ball consistently. This does that. Once you are more skilled you will feel smaller differences and be able to address them. This is a super simple training aid where it takes the thinking out by telling you yes or no. Then all you will have to worry about is aiming and which distance you want.

      Oh boy, we've got a tour pro in the comments. Not everyone knows how to look at a flight path and understand what caused it. People could spend loads of money having a pro observe and manipulate their hands in the correct position or have this and get audible and tactile cues for when they are in the correct position.
      With your holier than thou attitude, you must just be amazing at everything. Probably just eyeball the measurements used in cooking and cover the speedometer and fuel gauge on your car. Hand hammer in every nail and only manual sawing to cut lumber.
