grateful for the knowledge you bring about the human body and the way you present it as internal training. what you are talking about cuts so hard across the grain, but will lead to ultimate and long term health of the body. i wish you well, Dr. Spina!

Thanks “God” there is a repetition without repetition so with the same exercises (like a lunge) we differentiate motor unit recruitment. Nevertheless your content is a game changer for the fitness industry. Thank you.

I would start with essentrics over isometrics for recovery on some injuries.

You say "we" like I believed what they were telling me and I agreed. "I" am not apart of "we".

In my group we say, the medical industry or the PE industry believed or purported. We do not blame all of mankind for what the government and business world has been doing.

I need whatever this guy is smoking. Amazing how one person can talk so much yet say nothing at all.

He's saying that much of conventional training relies on rigid exercise-selection and excessive repetition.
Challenging the same muscles across the same motor pattern trains the pattern more so than the muscle.

This is why chiros shouldn't try to explain kinesiology. Not often do you have so much incorrect information in one video.

I am blown away by the farcical made up language and inane discussion. people will buy into anything. And I agree Chiros have no business in the strength business.

If either of you find the time, elaborating on his incorrect information would be helpful for the rest of us.

@@isaacsanford6340 It’s theoretically Isaac, and mostly incorrect. It would take an extensive amount of time to explain to anyone why this theory is flawed, and unless you have a scientific background ;it’s a very deep rabbit hole. I would get into the fundamental of strength training. You cannot change the science, you just can’t. The more I listen to this the more I realize he is saying nothing that a professional coach can use. My professional opinion.
