    At 44, this has been a gamechanger for me. You need to give it some time to learn the terminology (I'd done some FRC so that helped), but it is truly comprehensive. I ruptured a disc in my back a few years ago, and I thought I'd never really do things like deadlifts (or even kettlebell swings). The random back spasms and tweaks are pretty much non-existent. Previously even careful sets of deadlifts with light weights were just not worth the risk. Now I just don't worry about it. The programming isn't overwhelming me with volume. My spine gets exposed to loads in a wide variety of positions. I think that has given enough tolerance and strength to do normal things again.
