    I lose the audio on this video at 7 min.s 54 secs in & it comes back at 11min. 40 secs. I really like this one so I'm wondering if there's a problem at your end? I'd love to be able to hear the whole thing. Thank you.

    Holy smokes, the toes seem to be tricky. I have to use another part of my brain and really think about it. These are fantastic! Just learned about CARs and found this video. I think it's really going to help with my mobility. Thank you.

    Try the thoracic cars seated on a bench. No chance to move hips and the rotation is easier to concentrate on.

      Agreed seated thoracic cars can be great. We have those in a lot of our series that are part of our online class library called the Elite Video Membership.
      Adding a block between the knee can be really helpful as well. Here is a link to a free trial if you ever want to check out the classes

    c.a.r. isnt a mobility training...

    • @IanMarkow
      @IanMarkow  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Lasse Nope hey! Why do you think controlled articular rotations are not considered mobility training

    • @lassenope5594
      @lassenope5594 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@IanMarkow With Mobility or Flexibility training you want to increase the range of motion.
      "Active movement at the outer limit of our mobility gives our nervous system sensory feedback of the joint."
      -literally translated out of a textbook
      C.a.r. is about the communication from your joints to your brain.
      That your brain notices the status of your joints. Based on that information, it can decide, if its okay to give full power or to protect yourself.

    • @IanMarkow
      @IanMarkow  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Lasse Nope mobility training is far more than expanding range of motion. CARs, eccentrics, and countless other strategies fall under the umbrella of mobility training
