My back felt so heavy before this workout and it turned into a light feather after this beautiful warm-up Yoga.

My low back and hamstrings. Thought i might have had a herniated disk but it turns out its only mild scoliosis. Looks like ill be telling my doc to modify as needed. Viguesters 💪assemble!!!

Hip, lower back area for me and hamstrings area i would say are the areas I feel the most pain and tension etc

Always tight. Good stretch?
I think I created a deeper fire log stretch. I'm just a simple guy who does lots of yoga. I'd like to share it.with everyone. Start in a fire log position, right or left leg. Stay in fire log for a few breaths. Keeping your legs in fire log, roll.forward onto your elbows. Then roll forward even more, still in firelog, into a child pose position. Modify as needes, this stretch is deep. Deep deep breaths. Move side.to.side, extend your arms out, then slowly roll.back onto your routes into fire log. Shake it out and switch sides. I'd post pictures but this is Sean vigues channel. Don't want to take away from him. Do extreme heat fire log (best name I could.come.up with) with caution and patience.
Roll back onto you GLUTES
i made it through the entire workout. my hips are perpetually right. as I'm getting older my shoulders are losing flexibility.
I'm on my feet swinging a hammer all day, always sore in my hands and feet
