    Great as always, i am a lifelong gymnast and really got into lifting and lost flexibility. The past two yrs, since ive done you videos i have my full back bend brisge back, and im 46

    Sean, as always I love your videos, they’ve renewed my flexibility and made me feel my age. I think you should do a 7 or 30 day holiday challenge, since nerves and stomachs tend to get stretched this time of year too. Happy Thanksgiving!

    Good morning stretch. I find it easier to follow along without having to look at the screen when you are talking live not a voice over.
