    This is helpful. And I noticed that walking after supper gave me a short burst of energy but I was ready for bed earlier, fell asleep faster & slept like a log.

    I've never noticed that I'm hungrier after a night of poor sleep

      Hi @kims1941 This happens because sleep significantly impacts your hunger hormones. Poor sleep can spike your ghrelin levels and drop your leptin, making you feel like an empty tank needing a refill, and not just any refill, but the sugary, high-calorie kind.
      Focus on hydrating well and maintaining a balanced diet even on those rough sleep days, incorporating more healthy fats and proteins can help stabilize your blood sugar and keep you satiated longer, which might help manage those hunger spikes. -Team JJ

    I enjoy your videos, your meal plans are great, but I do not do smoothies. I cannot stand the texture and make me feel nauseous

    Weekly weigh ins work better for me. I don’t want to be reliant on the scale.
