I’m almost 58 and definitely working towards being in the best shape of my life by the time I hit 60. I eat keto but with higher protein and I lift weights. I seem to be stuck at 23% body fat. Any suggestions? Also what is HRV?

So my issue is that I too also travel a lot and I pack my supplements and am really great at taking the pill forms of my supplements, but the powdered forms kill me!!! I take your fiber, creatine and protein and just wish you offered pill forms of these….or at least individually packaged units that I could bring when I travel, instead of messy ziploc baggies! Which more often than not explode in my luggage!!!!

HRV is heart rate variability
