I was all in until you said "muscle weighs more than fat" 13:27 . As a professional trainer, please stop spreading this fallacy. A pound of muscle weighs a pound and a pound of fat weighs a pound same for a pound of feathers. What you should be telling your readers is a pound of muscle has less mass or simply takes up less space than a pound of fat. So, you can look smaller and not have lost weight on the scale because as you lost fat weight and increased muscle weight.
Maybe you meant to say that muscle would weigh more than fat at the same volume since muscle is more dense than fat. Not everyone understands this, though.
Thank you for this informative video.

I am so thankful that I found you. I will turn 50 in a few weeks. I hit menopause going full throttle back in 2019!!! I was grieving my spouse as well. So it all piled on and so did the weight. In a few short months I had gained about 55 pounds. And knowing next to nothing about menopause, I didn't know my metabolism was bottoming out. Now I fluctuate up to 8 pounds a day. To hear you explain the what's, the who's, the why's, and the how's, I am beyond excited to learn. You are an inspiring lady!! And your dedication shines through each video. I have already started applying some of your exercises to my daily routine and I love how they are making me feel! Thank you!

I like how you are thinking about menopausal women getting started and you show variations for us who are still weak in our core. When I started, I was 180 lb. and could barely lift myself off the floor due to fat and joint pain. I'm at 157 lb. now and feeling stronger everyday! Some days it takes me 20 minutes just to get warmed up and stretch my painful left hip. I am much better though since I have eliminated foods and adding some back. If I eat something I don't usually eat and I have pain, I can target that food as potentially inflammatory.

I am a truck driver. I am home 3 days a week. I am going to meal prep before my 4 days out. I am gonna concentrate on weighing my protein. I am so glad I found you. Although I love Dr. Ken Berry, I don’t think he focuses on enough of exercise and fiber. I do well fasting and eating one meal a day. I just don’t get enough protein. I can go to gym when home, but I don’t really have much time to exercise. I drive 11 hours a day? My husband and I switch out. I walk my beagles everyday. I don’t always get great sleep. Blame the states that don’t fix roads on interstate lol. I am 158, and my ideal weight is 130. I definitely have poor muscles. I barely can get off floor, because my legs are so weak. Is it to late to do this at 56 lol I do love swimming. Can I sprint doing that without stressing my cortisol? Gonna also do sauna. How long do you suggest for sauna?

    You are THE GOAT!
Love how you present. So professional and thorough.
Would you consider doing a video on how to best design a program and also the various types of sets (supersets, pyramid, circuits, compound, giant….). I feel like that topic is not addressed much.
Also, looking forward to that red light video😊.
    You’re the best❤

Getting your hormones in step are KEY to building muscle and for a general sense of well being. Otherwise, you will be hitting a wall - HARD. I’m 66, and until I got my hormones in check life was NO BUENO. Also you have to be consistent with working out, start slow, build up.
