    I’m getting a DEXA Scan on Monday. I’m a little nervous about the results - even though my InBody results in the last few years have been above average on the skeletal muscle for my age (57). The last results were from 9/23. I carry a 20+ lb backpack every day for about 5000 steps and up and down two flights of stairs. I know this is not enough and that I need to prioritize resistance training in 2025, but I’m still hoping for at least “good” results. Thank you JJ for all of your helpful advice and videos.

    Please let people know if they have a pacemaker, these bio-impedence scales can not be used as they can set off the pacemaker when they send the signals through out your body

    JJ. Thanks for the video. So if I lose some fat won't that impact my facial fat pads, the very place i want to keep fat?

    your videos are incomplete and stops abruptly. its kinda frustrating
