What a collection, know not all of the cars are used but the man is enjoying them as best as possible. What an interesting and knowledgeable man, really honoured to hear the stories of these cars.

Cheers, I know a lady whose Morris Minor had chrome trafficators, but not for long, because the dealer who sold her it had some hateful goons sneak up one night and steal the chrome covers. He was also the man who tweaked her clutch springs and charged her for a full clutch replacement. Nice chap.....

The Nash Metropolitan was in the UK originally called the Austin Metropolitan and used the chassis/ running gear from an Austin A40 Devon/Dorset model. which more or less carried through to the Somerset Model. The original models also had the same1200 "B" engine. The bodies were all UK built by Fisher & Ludlow who were taken into the BMC fold in ;late 1952.
Wow Thankyou for sharing this. The Rover P3 looks like the All Creatures Great and small Siegfried ( Robert Hardy ) pre war Blue Rover. I used a more modern 1950s Fordson super major when I worked on a nursery in the early 1990s. I drove a 1985 C reg Honda Integra 1.5, with over 200,000 miles, rust got it, but the engine was still ok
Think the guy holding the camera whacked his leg on the Golf bumper as you hear a thud then him quietly saying ouch. I don't even think you noticed. Great collection here and was definitely worth watching.
Brilliant video. Loved seeing the old tractors and cars. It's a shame you didn't have a couple of microphones would have made the audio a lot clearer. Keep up the good work!!
Great Video and what a fantastic watch. I think they are "Keepers" for Martin. Which is a shame. More than likely they will just languish there until they are just dust. Which is a pity as the people with the knowledge and knowhow of restoring them, should they become available ? are also of a certain age and that's a no win situation for the Classic/Vintage world to be in. Martin has an interesting and ecclectic collection there but it is a shame they are just mouldering away. I'd love to see them sold on and recommissioned for all to see.

I have a BMW R45. Check out the numbers. (27 licensed 22 sorn) Very popular for modifying as a bobber or scrambler because of the very short frame. There can only be a handful of ‘stock’ ones left in the UK. Actually 475cc but weighed as much as it’s bigger brother the R100. Is it for sale?
It should be against the law for anybody to have sheds full of great cars , sitting there, wasting away. They should be set free to roam our roads or stand in my driveway. If he needs a hand to wash them, then I am available at a low price.

another garage proved beyond any doubt that he did not change the clutch; it was still knackered
I like stories of cars histories it greatly contributes to their characters.

that looks like a 1977 Suzuki TS 250 had 1 of them in the 80`s but mine was a death trap with bad kick back when you tried to start it but it was fast

There's certainly plenty of room for a spring clean in many garages, cellars, lofts and houses.
Very interesting video particularly as the owner had a story about everything and you know he could talk forever on any vehicle he has.
